The hotel is situated in a really expensive tourist area. Its a little bit unconfotrable for a backpack tourist.

Really interesting price, complete offer, but victime of its success for the common facilities. And mostly eventhough the breakfast was complete, quality wasn't there, and the feeling was to be in a school cantina.

Not having a separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash set. Balcony doors did not open and close easily. Loud noises from the road and bars below at night.

Helpful friendly staff. Close to shops and bus stop. Indoor swimming pool and sauna. Good breakfast.

The indoor pool could have been warmer, and also cleaner (it was not really bad but could have been better). We booked a double bed and the request was accepted, however we were given 2 single beds.

The price for 1 night was really good value, as it included a very good breakfast (tbh for the price we paid was expecting much less as a breakfast).

Very noisy by night. The rooms are not well isolated and one can hear everyone speaking in the corridors as if they were inside the room. And unfortunately there are many guests coming back from bars late at night and speaking loudly. Also, you xan hear screaming people in the street. Breakfast was ok, not bad but nothing memorable. But one day we got there half an hour before breakfast ending time and there was no croissantd, no cheese of ham left.

Central location, close the seaside promenade and to public transport. Plenty of resraurants and bars close by. Very good to have free spa facilities downstairs.

Room was not clean properly everytime some dust was left..floor seems to be dirty even after mopping .. breakfast menu should be changed little... everyday same menu doesn't appeal much to eat.

Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Breakfast chef Tanmaya was good at his service.

The only minor negative thing I can think of is the room was a little bit small and was bit hard for 2 person to navigate properly inside. Worth mentioning that the there is no view from the balcony, as it is just overlooking the small yard inside the hotel and there is nothing really to look at there.

The reception was very helpfull. The room is very clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every morning by the room service. The hotel has a really good breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is just 5 minutes walk from Pacheville where you have all the clubs and parties. Even though, it was an off season, the room was a good value for money. I believe in spring/summer the room will cost at least double. The hotel has 2 swimming pools as well. Can not comment much about them because we did not use it, but they did look nice. Overall great experience!

Outdoor pool is cold but still nice place to sit and good views. Bedroom was pretty basic but had everything we needed & good value for money. The breakfast isn’t the best.

Great location. The hot water didn’t work but that was fixed fast. Indoor pool was very good and perfect for when it rained. We were always able to park on the road nearby. Lovely staff. Would recommend the Cuba restaurant and the pasta place on the corner of the road.

noizy, a lot of construtions in progress near by breakfast is very simple and (as for me) don't taste at all. At the end i've takken only coffee with cruasans personal are not interested in any guests needs (on the breakfast and on the check-in) They are always busy.
