Room very small. TV small /old with very limited programs. If it had a HMDI connection we could have connected too it. Bathroom needs a major overhaul as the grout\sealant in and around the bath was dirty or missing.

Mattress had rips in material, no pillow protectors and pillows well worn. Chairs in room needed a deep clean Hairdryer didn't work, never fixed but were given another to use. Room could do with a kick of paint. P No water pressure in shower. Noise in street late at night due to bars nearby.

The property is old and dirty. The bathroom dorsnt have any hookers for towels. Faucet in the bathroom barely work, water pressure is so low that you need to spend extra time to wash. The drain was full of hair and therefore the water was practically not flushed. The pool in the spa was covered in mold. In the morning we wrre woken up two times by cleaning guy. The customer service is a nightmare, when we wanted to cansell the booking and check out: they told us “you are clients of booking, not our hotel, so adress all questions to booking”.

Location is perfect, everything in 3-5 minute by walk.

Bathroom calls for renovation. When you take the towels for pool, you have this for all days - you can’t get new one. We’re stayed 7 nights. But the towels in bathroom they change every days- this is not necessary. All the doors closed so hard that you hear everytime when somebody close the door of room - day and night. Only one woman in reception was polite.

Location is good, near bus station, near bars and restaurants, shopping centre, nightlife.

- Poor food quality in the breakfast buffet and for some reason breakfast closed at 9am for one day during our stay - Poor house keeping, with only towel change and bed making, no deep clean or vacuum, no changing sheets and pillowcases, no bathroom clean at all. House keeping started before 9am walking us up every morning!!! - Lack of hygiene! Beach/Pool towels are offered but are not changed for the entirety of the stay, in our case 7 days with the same beach/pool towels, not acceptable - All rooms are stated as sound proof which for St Julian’s area is particularly important. However, rooms are not sound proof at all, as we could hear absolutely everything from outside our window and from the hotel corridor. This led to nights with very poor sleep, waking up several times during the night! - Rooms are not comfortable! Mattress and pillows are super stiff, I have slept better in hostels! - Lack of availability of amenities, with indoor pool area being used for children swimming lessons every day during certain timesframes

Rooftop pool area was really nice with amazing drink deals during happy hour!

Dirty sheets, old furniture, total difference between photos and reality. In our friends room they have cockroaches, and they needed to change the room. In our bathroom the bathtub had a leak and the water got to the middle of the room.

the cleanliness was not what we are used to. dirty pool on the roof, and very questionable cleanliness in the lower pool (very cloudy water). the fitness center is next to the pool and it's very hot (the air conditioner doesn't work there), the equipment doesn't work either: one treadmill doesn't work at all, and one turns off during exercise, you can't pedal the bike because it's rusty (but the screen doesn't turn on anyway). the room was fine, but the shower in the bathroom swallowed water poorly, the water pressure in the shower cabin and in the sink was poor, the toilet brush was dirty and very worn out. you usually get hotel shampoos, but they have some shampoo from the store. there is also a hairdryer in the bathroom, but it is so bad that if a man has slightly longer hair, he cannot dry it normally. the breakfast was okay, the same choice every day, but if you come later for breakfast (e.g. at 10:00, breakfast ends at 10:30) some dishes are no longer available and they don't make them anymore. you can hear everything at night because people come from parties (they woke us up 5 out of 6 nights, but maybe we just had "bad" neighbors).

the location is great, less than 2 minutes away from the center. and good starting points for other cities, all about 15 minutes away by taxi.

There is noise all night from the outside area and you can't sleep until at least 3 A.M.. The breakfast room smells like fried food all the time. There are just one cardio machine working at the gym. The hotel could be a little more clean on the floor.

The pool and spa area are cool. The cleaning ladies and all the staff are nice. Location is well placed to get buses everywhere in the island.

The ants in the rooms,the jacuzzi was not working, The staaf were not helpful on the reception and were very unpleasant. Definitely dont know how to talk to people.

The balcony was very small. It was impossible to move there, the shower stream was weak, it was not possible to shower well.

Just about everything. The pictures was absolutely far from reality. The pool on the roof was not a pool. It was more like a leg pool. The indoor pool was very dark and very far from the picture. The place is NOT for children. Guests and the rest looked wierd at us as we have small children with us. Too many youngsters and they were very loud. The aircondition had a bad smell.

The breakfast buffet was nice and great variety. The personnel was very kind and polite.

When my friend and I arrived, they accidentally gave us a double room instead of a twin. Reported to reception and they gave us another room, which was also a double. On the second report we finally got a twin room. beds are uncomfortable and caused us back aches Also they only allow you to drink water from their restaurant at meal times. One afternoon was feeling dehydrated and they refused me a drink of water. Sauna and jacuzzi are both broken. Gym cardio don't work in English, so couldn't get working. Breakfast food is average at best.

This hotel does not offer anything comparing to the price.Low value for the money.Our room has old furniture,warderobe was without front,faucet was not working properly (either it was cold,either warm water without any chance to adjust it to notmal T),safe in the room was not functional ,bathroom tiles were slipery,one of elevators was not going to the 6 th flor,so it was usual to go to the 5 th flor and then take stairs..Outdor swiming pool is significantly smaller than expectes (it is divided on two sections).Those malfunctions were reported to the hotel staff without any improvement.Sea view room (with additional price of 30% per room) can't be compensation for this unpleasent experience.

Common spaces are not well maintained. First the lift was very dirty, and It's the first common space you meet.
