There's nothing I didn't like except that you can't control the AC from the room but you just go down to reception and they'll turn it on/off for you.

I wish I could rate this more that 10! The place is so clean and clearly redone recently. The rooms are comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. Everyone I met here was very friendly and you just can't beat the price! Definitely will be staying here again next time I'm in Malta.

The manager of the hostel was very rude when we needed help on several occasions. The kitchen was always dirty and smelled very bad.

The staff of the hostel was incredible, everyone was very friendly. Except for the manager.

I have booked for a female room , but because of the organization i had to spent a night in a male shared room . The day after could moved to a female room but wasn’t ready because of communication with the cleaning team . So the room was dirty i had to to clean and made my bed by myself with the bedshit from the other room . The guy at reception did his best to help but i could at least be refunded for a part of my stay . First time to experienced that . Almost everyday i had to go at the reception because the keycard wasn’t working well .

You cannot adjust AC yourself. It is either off or on on a constant temperature. For every AC adjustment you need to ask at the reception. They do not reply on Chat on Booking app. They need to take a photo of a room while we were in it because manager said so. There is supposed to be a 24/7 reception, but in the morning we were ringing the bell and calling for 10 minutes before someone woke up and opened the door. You cannot enter a building without ghem opening the door after 9 pm.

It was clean and location is good.

Got bitten by bed bugs every night despite changing beds 3 times in my dormitory. Ended it 12 itchy, swollen bites. The A.C. can only the adjusted by the reception and one night it just turned off automatically. The key cards didn’t function some times.

Very nice staff! The people I shared dorm with was very nice and we had fun chatting - a good way to meet people if you’re travelling solo. Accommodating of different check-in times and allowed to store luggage after check-out. Lockers in the dorms. Location is absolutely perfect - close to the beach and less than 1 min away from busses. Breakfast included and decent Wi-Fi. USB charger ports for people who forgot adapters.

Level of English comprehension from most of the stuff was almost non existent. Aircon is controlled by reception and my repeated request to be turned off somehow was understood as get it lower.....

I tried to ask for an early check in since my flight was arriving hours earlier and was rejected, however when I went to leave my stuff there I was told I could check in earlier in the end.
