Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SerbiaWe arrived at night and wifi didn’t work in our room , but hotel staff did their best and moved us to another room. To my mind the price for this hotel is a little bit overpriced , believe me it was my 4th stay in Malta

United KingdomThe bedding was not very good quality and the mattress protector was very course and could be felt through the sheets. It was like sleeping on sand paper. The towels were also very hard. The shower was not well designed or installed and leaked very badly. When I pointed this out to the housekeeping staff they left more towels to soak up the excess water. The balcony was very small. There was no one to serve drinks in the lobby bar.
Hotel was in great location and near to bus stop.Nice breakfast room and great choices for breakfast.

United KingdomNo real shade by rooftop terrace so was too hot at times. No sockets next to beds, had to plug phones in for charging at other side of room - only a minor inconvenience
Good location, away from main road so quiet. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast good. Room good size, plenty of amenities and very comfy.

United KingdomGenerally feels a bit „used“ - especially the chairs in the breakfast room are a bit sticky and the fabric is coming off. Difficult to find parking nearby. There is an underground garage nearby but it’s 12€ a day. The hotel has 3 spots just outside but you need to reserve them (we only managed to get one for 1 of the 4 nights we stayed) and it also costs around 12€.
Very standard hotel. Good in terms of staff and general facilities and rooms. Decent breakfast choices. We got upgraded and the room was a very nice size with balcony.

RomaniaHousekeeping probably misplaced a towel from a different room and came back to my room with probably coffee stains and the hotel tried to rip me off 20€ to pay for their mistakes or God knows what happened there with that dirty towel and they had the audacity to tell me that I need to believe them that the towel came from my room disturbing my last night from this holiday!
Good location in the Julian's Bay and you have a good bus connection! The hotel was ok, the food was delicious!

IndiaThe only suggestion is they should give adjacent rooms to family. We faced inconvenience as we had two rooms on the same floor but away from each other. They need to provide atleast 1 bottle of water per person on first day as without the same same the coffee machine is of no use. 1 Kettle per room is a must.
Convenient location. All buses stop near the bus stop which is just 1 min walk away. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is walking distance away from Paceville. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom (without the latch) with all required toiletries. The breakfast spread is good and decent. They have a coffee machine and provide initial coffee making ingredients (2 Coffee Pods / 2 MIlk Pods / Sugar) except water. Wonderful staff who is ready to help. 24X7 reception makes life easier. They provided early morning breakfast to carry to the airport.
