Certain foods in buffet needs to be tastier, although we were happy with the variety of the buffet. Pool area needs bins, we only saw one next to the pool bar. Coffee in pool bar was bad but the pool barman was kind enough to get us a better coffee from another outlet.

Hotel is nice and full of good vibes. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. Buffet comes with a large variety, which is excellent. Pool area is large & nice with some skilled, friendly animators.

When booking the hotel I asked for a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on arrival. As the booking process offered it. Hotel said this wasn't available but they could offer a taxi costing 40 euros. I agreed as I didn't know any better. On arrival to the hotel i found there was a bus I could have taken for 2 euros. I didnt like that this was not even given as ab alternative way to get to the hotel as the bus stop was only 5 mins walk from the hotel . This is my only negative.

The hotel staff were friendly from the minute I arrived until I left.The best one being Alexandra in reception. I arrived and due to an error in the room booking...I asked for a partial sea view but got a garden view I was told on checkin. Alexandria spoke to another member of staff and immediately gave me a free room upgrade to a full sea view room. I was delighted. It was my birthday during my trip and i felt thoroughly spoilt by hotel.. I got some wonderful carrot cake present in my room when I returned on my birthday. Also later that evening I got a knock on the door and was handed a bottle of red wine and a big wine glass. As a solo traveller this felt like I was not alone. The food was so good. I only had breakfast each day and one day had dinner. I was so full after eating as the choices were amazing on the hotel restaurant. I treated myself every morning to a cooked breakfast, salad, fruit and cake!! I am gluten intolerant and was given gluten free bread every morning when I asked for it. I had a great time

Road work (in front of hotel) starts at 7 AM, no alarm clock is required in seaview rooms and suite.;(((((

The only single think is the second day only towels to wash no hand towels and carpet no replacement for sugar and coffee but we called reception and after 5 mins they brought everything

The breakfast was really good even the dinner good food great staff and good presention of buffet keep it up we have come again and i encourage other to visit this wonderful hotel

Animation team (2 young ladies) were totally demotivated. They did not only screw up the music, but also show twice a day how much they do not want to speak with the clients. The coffee for breakfast is not good. A water dispensers in the dinner hall would be great.

Pool was good (large, clean), and a lot of sit free. Personnel was very friendly. The singing band was great and we loved it. The buffet was diverse and overall well done. Bar was enough personnel and good value. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm. Water dispensers on the floor are great. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, efficient reception, and friendly cleaning team. Rooms are very quiet (despite karaoke in the evening), thanks to good isolation. AC worked very well. There are 2 small spots for swimming in the sea very close and all facilities needed to visit islands around at a reasonable price.

Would be nice to be informed upon the arrival not only about the restaurants within the resort, but also about the Lebanese which is literally next door.

Overall hotel was lovely, clean and all facilities in good conditions. Breakfast had great range of choice. My son enjoyed the pools very much and wants to come back

There is no underground parking. They do have 2 small outdoor parking areas but most of the time they will be full. It would have been nice to have a small games or a kids' room where children could play especially if the weather does not permit outdoor use.

Great location with an excellent sea view. Different restaurants are available at the hotel but the main restaurant itself has a variety of food to choose from its buffet menu. My son had the time of his life while using both the indoor and outdoor pools.

Lots of large groups which isn’t ideal for a couple, looking for a quiet escape.

the miscommunication between Booking and the hotel as we booked a stay with breakfast included and we were given a "room only". We had to send an email and still go to the reception to fix it. We lost one breakfast. Also, even if we paid at the arrival, they asked us a proof of payment as it wasn't registered in their system. So we advice to keep all your receipts safely !

It was abit too crowded at this time. I love pets but i prefare not to have them in the dinning area or at least they should have an area pet friendly area like there is in the lobby .

The indoor pool although it needs an upgrade. The buffe was very good food and even the breakfast was very good.
