The breakfast is not that great but it is not the worst. The hairdryer was old and did not really work as it should. The room was not very well equipped with necessities. We requested a double bed numerous times but we still ended up getting two single beds stuck together, so that was uncomfortable.

The staff was super kind and ready to help (they deserve a raise!!!). The hotel is by the sea and the view was amazing ( we had the sea view room).

The bed.. because we ordered double bed , and it was 2 single beds with each other. When you go in the middle of the bed you cannot stay for longer then 1min because , its uncomftable..

The rooms could do with a little revamp. But all in all it was great.

Everything was super clean. The staff always smiling. They even surprised us with a piece of cake for my partner’s birthday. The food was great. We’ll be back for sure.

In some parts of the restaurant, the AC was too high; it was freezing. There are too few elevators in my opinion, as they were very slow to come.

We loved everything! The room had just about anything you needed, and the view from the room was amazing. The buffet was always different, and it was not hard to find a table to sit. There's an incredible terrace where you can enjoy the view. I loved the pools—salt water but nice temperature. The spa is also decent.

The hotel is a a bit far away from the main attractions of the island, however close to Gozo and Comino, Blue lagoon. The public transport is not the best, so renting a car might be very convenient to be able to explore more. Otherwise, great hotel!

Hotel is a little isolated without a car. No shops close by.

There was limited elevator access, requiring long waits. And there was only one drinking water station on each floor. It was quite far from the airport and the Capital Valleta . The food was mostly 6/10

Having to pay for water with our evening meal

we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. service could not have been better. enjoyed the facilities in the hotel and the outside pool area.

Two nights passed by in a blink of an eye but for a family of 4, price wise it is a bit on the high side.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. The food, if it was for breakfast or dinner it was always very good with lots of options to choose from. My son who is a picky eater and never gets to eat anything found his favourite chicken nuggets and chips! It is a nice hotel were to stay and cut a bit from the hassle and bustle of the city and everyday routine. I definitely recommend it.

I missed some shelves or hooks in the bathroom to hang my stuff and I think the shower should be closed with the shower cabin, to avoid the floor being constantly wet and very slippery. The little fridge in the bedroom was not working properly unfortunately. But besides these little details, the rest was once again marvellous.

This is not an hotel, this is wonderland! How is it possible that in such a big hotel with so many workers, every single person is incredibly kind, helpful, always smiling, this means that on top of everything there is a very attentive, good and wise person. This should be so obvious, if one treats their workers with respect they will only spread around positive energy. Thinking that we are leaving tomorrow makes me feel really emotional, I will Miss the Oasis in the desert and all the people working here. A big thank to the cleaners, the receptionist, the very professional, attentive and sweet ladies at the spa, the two lovely and really good photographers, the guys from the animation, by the way I never liked to join any kind activities in a hotel, but with them it has been pure 100% fun. I Thank all the cooks, the waiters, the bartenders. I hope I didn't forget someone, in that case, once again thank you for this amazing experience that will always remain in our memories ❤️We will miss you all❤️And we hope to have the opportunity to comeback very soon. Dankjewel,gracias,thank you, grazie, obrigado! The hotel Is really elegant and beautiful, perfect location full of peace, very clean, big bedrooms, comfortable beds. In the hotel one can find water disposal everywhere and this is really a great idea, especially thinking that in Malta is always really hot. The food is also very good and affordable.

There were some small items which should be addressed example : small free water in the room, body lotion, shower caps, and sanitary bags were not available. The room that we were staying in was not so quiet.

Food was very excellent. The room was clean. The pool area was quiet and nice.
