We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything is wonderful. You will be welcomed by the staff nicely. The room has the great view since we got the ensuite with sea view. The food is so delicious and there are alot to choose from. The indoor and outdoor pool is also a plus.

Large, clean comfortable rooms, great food, extremely helpful staff. Enough going on during the evenings to enjoy ourselves without being too busy or overrun. Blue Lagoon cruises from outside the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room and very well kept facilities. Large variety of excellent food accompanied by life music during dinner, offered great entertainment. Lovely , peaceful views from hotel room too Greatly recommend it. Already booked another stay in september.

HungaryJust a little thing. Very Kind but not enough people/workers to Handle such big amount of guests. This Will change i Guess. Its a great hotel!
Nice hotel, kind people, great breakfast! Live music with widely cool buffet dinner inside the hotel! Good location for ferry, boat tours, Popeye village and some beaches. Gozo, Comino, Blue Lagoon is very close by Bluewaveswatersports. Use Uber for some closely Spots. Better! All in all, IT was a great value who targets the northern area! Thank you for everything!

United KingdomThe aircon wasn't very powerful so was 23 degrees in our room at night but we were given a fan which did the job If your a big drinker it's not the best place to go all inclusive as there can be a bit of a wait for a drink sometimes as the bar staff are very busy we do drink alot tho I must admit.. Not much going on right outside the hotel ( no shops etc) it's a very quiet area
The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, thankyou so much birthday 🎂 cake and balloons in our room Staff are really nice, professional and friendly Amazing location for visiting the Blue Lagoon catch a ferry right outside the hotel 💙 and for Gozo also bus stops nearby and a tour bus Comfy beds Nice jacuzzi and indoor pool Nice cocktails Absolutley beautiful views

RomaniaRoom floors could need a bit more cleaning. The a la carte restaurant a bit expensive compared to restaurants in the cities.
Fair price, good breakfast, nice indoor pool, friendly and helpful staff, free water 24/7. Location close to bus stop, some parking space, not crowded. Nice atmosphere in the bar when special events were organized ( karaoke, quiz, bingo). Tallinja bus cards can be bought from the gift shop at the first floor in case you miss to purchase them from the airport.

United KingdomOur initial room had a shower which was super super slippery and my daughter slipped and hurt herself. We were then moved to another room which had a bath but then we couldn’t control the temperature - this was really suboptimal for my daughter (who is one). I think this is a great hotel but not suited for a child of that age.
It was a really nice property. The staff were great, food and facilities were really nice.

MaltaThe only thing that we did not like was that a double bed meant two single beds next to each other with a separate mattress. It should be one double mattress.
The Hotel is situated in a secluded but beautiful area of Malta. It has a beautiful Seafront terrace where one can relax whilst enjoying a drink. We liked the fact that the cocktails are value for money actually very cheap when compared to the norm. The room was very clean as well. The breakfast was superb. We loved the ginger shot before going for breakfast. And the apple juice whilst waiting at the front desk for checking in.
