Front door lock is very hard to open and nothing was done to fix it. Warned out furniture. Slowish Wi-fi and sometimes cutting off.

There were not any person to interact and you could communicate with an agency abroad only through email. They answer you sending a site with instructions (which I couldn't open) or a link after many efforts. If you don't have internet-data in your mobile or computer knowledge you may address difficulties and feel uncomfortable before reach and find the way to enter the appartment. I called a telephone number written in their instructions in order to ask questions before but nobody answered. The TV never worked during my stay in Pieta. Moreover you need to deposit for safety an extra amount of 250 euro before they send you instructions. So you feel anxious until receiving your money back since you don't see anyone during your stay.

It is almost brand new flat, spacious modern, with all the amenities. It is situated in a safe and quite neiborhood. Nice double bed with comfortable mattress and a double sofa. The kitchen was amazing with all the necessary equipment despite the fact that I did not use them. There were coffee, sugar, milk, 2 bottles of water in the fridge for the morning. It was 10 min walk from the bus stop and 3 stops from Valletta terminal.

The tv was very laggy, when we arrived, the kitchen wall was splashed with oil from the floor to the ceiling. The 15:00 check in time is diabolical considering you can land at 7 or 8 am. The stairwell door is so fidgety, it took us 3 days to fully understand how to open it, at first we fidgeted with it for 20 minutes until we got it opened. The so called “adapters” we were informed that there were “a few” didn’t work at all.

The design of the property was great, we really appreciated the layout and the size of it all.

The wifi isn’t clear at all and took us a long time to connect as we had to try all the codes. The key to the main entrance also doesn’t work well so it was a struggle to get into the building.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The staff had also left us shower gel and soap which was very handy!

I had communication with the hosts prior to the holiday but approaching the day of check in had no info about how to check in to the apartment. Didn't feel safe travelling to another country with a child without any check info but was reassured that i would receive the check info on the day. I had an extremely early flight and arrived in Malta at 11am. At that point i had only received an email stating that the check info would be released once the security deposit. I continued to check the bank that i had set the deposit to be removed from and nothing was pending or had came out. I made multiple attempts to contact the hosts via email, the booking. Com message thread, phone numbers and had no replies for multiple hours. If i did not know anyone in malta i would not have felt safe or reassured about my booking, especially having a child on the booking. Thr communication i thought was good upon til the day had stopped and the instructions were not clear. I received the check in info after several attempts at contacting the hosts and actually going to the property itself. I was then called and contacted on whatsapp at 5:20pm about my attempts at contacting them. Overall the apartment is true to pictures and the building was quiet. The location was perfect for where i needed to be. I don't feel the apartment was cleaned prior to my arrival due to stains around the apartment and on the bedding. Contacted the hosts prior to ask about an iron. And i was told they did have one but when i got there the iron had a european plug and all sockets were english. No adapter's were in the apartment and wasn't told this when previously asked
