Not enough electrical plugs, the bed was not so comfortable and the chair cushions were stained.

It was a quiet stay. Hotel is near the sea and next to a lot of restaurants. There was entertainment every day in the evening.

The bathroom must be more safe especially for children and senior citizen where to hold your hand fir safety. At breakfast I had it at room and was given the worst there was displayed at the table.

Hotel is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Location of the hotel is close to the popular bay of Marsalforn and this makes it perfect to enjoy a good swim. Hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants and bars to entertain your summer nights.

Booked a bay view room which was £10 a night extra end up with basic room staff blamed booking.com. There was a power cut while I was staying, the staff left us to get to our room in the dark. The stair case had no emergency exit lights. All the fire doors closed as they were held open by electro magnets. Took 20 minutes to find our room in the dark. If there had been a fire the hotel would be a death trap. No one would find their way out. GET SOME EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS PLEASE

Excellent location in front of harbour with beach either side. Perfect place to stay if your diving with Bubbles as they operate out of 200 bar next door. My son did his PADI open water course and I could see him from the roof top bar

Parking is a couple of blocks away. So it was a little difficult to bring my suitcases all at once.

The bedrooms were not very comfortable unfortunately. In addition, my feet were hanging out of the bed and I could not sleep properly. The bedrooms were also located very next to each other in the same room, so every time someone moved, the wooden structure used to creak and as a result, we struggled to sleep well that night

The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options for the buffet. The food was also very delicious. We had an amazing view of the bay from our room and in addition, the room we stayed in was very spacious for 3 people

Only Bar was on 6th floor, usually at Swimming pool or in the adjoining Restuarant. No other Bar on lower floors and no waiter service. During my stay there was adverse weather which cancelled use of outside bar and pool facility and night entertainment was set up in part of 6th floor Restuarant to the detriment of Diners. Not necessary in my opinion, it could easily be on Ground floor where there is a large, usually empty lounge area. A Bar there would be more comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of both cooked, Salads, fruit or cereals and sweet pastries and biscuits. Three types of cold drinks, although hot drinks were from machine. Special milk (lactose free) usually available on request. Restuarant staff were quick to clear used plates, cutlery etc. Food well displayed and constantly replenished by Catering staff. Being on the 1st floor was excellent.

Not the hotel's fault, but it was probably "jellyfish season". It was therefore not the best idea to go swimming in the sea in the afternoon/evening

Good breakfast, room size ok for our family (3 adults). Good choice of restaurants just out the door, nearby beach. Good base for exploring Gozo by car. Not state-of-the-art furnishings, but with a certain charm that appealed to us and therefore fair prices.

Gozo hosted a festival-abode on the rock on 20th-24th June. A group of young people from England stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, they sat around the pool playing loud music and swearing. This spoilt it for the other guests who were there to relax. Despite complaints from other guests, there was no obvious attempt by management to ask the young people to please consider the other guests around the pool. They were also observed to inhale drugs via balloons on their balcony, smoke cannabis and one young person vomited over the side of the restaurant balcony at breakfast which the staff had to clear up. They returned back to the hotel late at night and one night knocked on our door in the early hours, which disturbed us. However, with the air con on and balcony doors closed, this drowned out a lot of noise.

The waiting staff, reception staff, domestic staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. Lovely to have access to a pool, sun loungers and sun beds. We had an amazing view from our room. We dined out in local restaurants, and the food was lovely. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style with plenty of variety. We enjoyed the live music and karaoke night hosted by the hotel. We plan to return and avoid the festival dares next time. We will recommend this hotel.

Check-in is a bit late. 2pm is fair but 3pm is a bit late considering that you have to check-out by 11am. Breakfast was ok however scrambled eggs were awful.

Location is the best, cleanliness and receptionists were very nice.
