As stated above Marijka the staff at the pool wasn't very helpful at all

Reception was extremely helpful but not so the staff at the pool Marijka was less than helpful and looked like she didn't want to be there it was a huge drama for her to give is ice. Had dinner there one night and the staff were wonderful Breakfast had a wide variety and was pleasant.

The staff in the reception was nice and polite but not very helpful (they did not have much info to provide about activities)

The hotel was beautiful. The view from my room, amazing. The breakfast top! I had amazing restaurants nearby and the rooftop of the hotel was great! I also enjoyed the karaoke night a lot I wish I could stay more days here than in the other hotel I chose.

Check in was at 2pm as advised. I bet room was available earliet tough. I booked in April for July and booking in July for July was cheaper.

the bed was noise and the mattress need to be change.

the meals service and the stand around staff that watch but did nothing. i had one breakfast experiment i ask for a pot of tea and was brought a pot without a lid, the scramble egg in the container was over stew and looked like porridge, as with the self service everything is left out to long and become tasteless.

No indoor pool, old furniture, tv only works on a few stations.

Rooftop was great but their pool was very small than imagined from the photo.

Very convenient placement, many restaurants around, clean, nice ocean view with a balcony There is a bath tab, which is quite rare in Malta/Goto, so can enjoy relaxing time. Breakfast was great with many selections! Hotel staffs are very kind and arranged us a beautiful view room.

Hotel in need of a refresh (paint and bathrooms). Breakfast a little underwhelming.

Good location to explore Gozo from. Lots to do and loads of lovely restaurants nearby. Loved the roof pool.

Hotel was renovating so there was construction dirt in the foyer. Spa facility is literally just a room in the foyer. It gives no privacy. Cot was bolted from the sides so I couldn't put the side down and thus I couldn't put my baby inside comfortably. We ended up not using it.

The room was opposite the lift and I would hear a loud bleep every time the lift stopped on the floor I was on

Bathroom could do with an update and toiletries provided only included small bottles of shampoo/body wash no body lotions. Seems 3 star rather than 4 star. Also to be more environmentally friendly the hotel could consider using re-fillable dispensers rather than small plastic bottles. Staff at reception often didn’t look up or greet guests when we were walking through the area which gives a poor first hand impression of the hotel. Train them to be welcoming and smiling like the staff in your restaurants. Breakfast options were good but more 3 star then 4 star - lacking options of fresh whole meal/seeded bread, fruit juices were cheap, diluted and overly sweet, cereal options were also cheap and there were no nuts and seeds to add to the muslie. Finally on hotel website it says there is an omelette station which wasn’t there during our stay.

Great location, lovely view over bay from our balcony. Room spacious with nice sitting area. Very comfortable bed. Nice size pool and plenty of sun beds. Staff in pool bar/restaurant and in breakfast room always very friendly and smiling

The room needs more electricity light. In the wardrobe there was no space to hang trousers and skirts. From our room we heard loud music from the nearby room so it was not quiet.

very poor wifi which they told us was being fixed - I hope so. the sheets and towels while clean could use an update - they have obviously been used for years. the breakfast buffet was alright but not what it used to be. finally the coffee ( from machines) was horrible - serve real brewed coffee!!!
