Casa Rosanna B&B can only be described as perfect. I had a late check-in, arriving at 11 PM, and everything was sent to me beforehand,smooth, clear, and very efficient. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was simply exquisite. The views, amazing and breathtaking. Spectacular!! Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!

This is my second visit to Casa rosanna , the best stay In marsaskala , I’ve tried quite a few places here , there’s a rooftop pool , which is a sun trap , just recently the pool has been heated which makes it very comfortable for a dip , the rooms are immaculate , the choice of breakfast in the morning is exceptional , there’s a coffee machine in reception which is complimentery , the staff are very welcoming and very friendly , this is now my go to place when I visit marsaskala , , mr Iain

A very nice new B&B opened for a less of a year decorated with a refinated style, in a great location, in front of the sea, with comfortable bedroom, many international TV channels, gorgeous and varied breakfast assortment, the only thing I could not use for lack of time was the upper floor nice swimming-pool with hot water facing the sea. I will try to come again to find the time for it!

A small boutique hotel, yet so captivating—full of Maltese history. Located in the heart of Marsaskala Bay, it offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views all day long. The super-friendly staff, an amazing buffet breakfast, and special credit for the heated pool (kept at a perfect 29-30°C) make the experience truly exceptional. Simply perfect!

Casa Rosanna is situated on Marsascala waterfront. Walking distance to bus stops, restaurants and cafes. Casa Rosanna is finished to a very high standard. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful. Thank you to: Brigitte and Donna in Reception, Kevin and Head Chef Justin who makes the most amazing home made pastries! and provides a fresh choice of breakfast daily. And the lovely ladies who kept our rooms spotless each day.

We have real expectation, and it met the Casa Rosanna's services and facilities. Due this expectations we didn't realize any serious problem and fault.

The website offer a good location and a room with seaside (harbour) view in this B&B house, but our experience was more better. We stayed in a historical house (was built in 1885) with excellent access: it was convenient for public transport, bars, cofee houses, restaurants and city's spectacles. The practical restoration in 2024 was resulted a high standard house with good facilities and pretty spacious inside areas. We had our nice breakfast with view to busy morning harbour's life. The staff was kind and helpful to support us. The room was comfortable and the view to Marsaskala Harbour was magical to fit with early morning's coffee or evening's long drink.

I came with my 86 year old mum and the location of the property was perfect. It is right in the middle of a good choice of restaurants and the bus terminal is a few minutes walk on the flat.

We loved everything in Casa Rosanna. Beautiful room, stunning view, delicious breakfast - buffet and every day different hot section. Coffee available 24/7 which is awesome and staff was so friendly, ladies on reception are so kind and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Wonderful accommodation. Very clean, friendly staff and easy check in. The pool on the top floor was clean and spacious and the breakfast selection was incredible. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Maybe the road in front of the building makes it slightly noisy and the pillows on the bed were not to our liking, but that is personal. There are no important negative points to mention and the staff is very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was slightly different every day and of very good quality. Something to be found for everyone's wishes and prepared with care. The restaurant (85) where the breakfast is served is beautiful and very suitable for a romantic breakfast for two (outside high season, of course).

A wonderful place! We booked a room on the top floor with a stunning sea view. The main breakfast dish changes every day, which is a lovely touch. Special thanks to all the staff—highly recommend this place!

Bed comfort.....though I am really fussy. I need to use the spare duvet to enable me to sleep and use cushions as the pillows were to big.

Great deco and ambiance. Pool area great though small and at busy times you would need to book allotted time slots. Room, king with a balcony was nice. I was happy with where it was even thought he view was a side street and part of the harbour
