Liked direct access to the sea however better steps are required in order to get back out. We are both in our seventies and found this difficult. This feature was the main feature in choosing this hotel

BulgariaWe could not control the temperature of the air-conditioning. It was set to 17 degrees celsius which is very cold. So we had to switch it off. Unfortunately, the provided blankets are quite thick and one can get really sweaty during the night. This is the only thing that I did not like.
The location of the hotel was very good. There are many transport options via public transit and many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has nice views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. And our room also had a balcony. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel has a bar, which is also very good.

I loved everything staff were friendly, in particular Krishna the housekeeper made me feel very welcome and asked me about my day which was lovely as a solo traveller. I ate in the restaurant and service was excellent and the food was great. My room was always clean and I was fortunate enough to have a room at the end of the hotel which meant I had a sea view balcony. Breakfast had a good choice and was to a high standard, and the dining room was well spaced and bright. I absolutely loved my time here and I would absolutely love to come back.

Latviabreakfast was fool bardak- untidy, dirty, missing tables, dishes, slow personal at breakfast, not very friendly at bar too (not all staff), bad excursions serviss- we wait more than 1 hour, to talk with. we didnt wait more and go to another place not on hotel. the snack and drinks vending maschine at reception work wrong and take money from us several times, but didnt give a product.
