it’s has a great location .. near the center of at Jullian with an amazing sea view but yet away from the noise walking from the hotel to the bus station 4 min walk on the sea side with bars and restaurants

Basic housekeeping. Had to continually request fresh towels and coffee/tea to be replaced.

Liked direct access to the sea however better steps are required in order to get back out. We are both in our seventies and found this difficult. This feature was the main feature in choosing this hotel

the view and new rooms are amazing. breakfast super good, but drinks on the other hand are small for the amount of money you pay. will come back again.

We could not control the temperature of the air-conditioning. It was set to 17 degrees celsius which is very cold. So we had to switch it off. Unfortunately, the provided blankets are quite thick and one can get really sweaty during the night. This is the only thing that I did not like.

The location of the hotel was very good. There are many transport options via public transit and many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has nice views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. And our room also had a balcony. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel has a bar, which is also very good.

Nothing, it was genuinely perfect

I loved everything staff were friendly, in particular Krishna the housekeeper made me feel very welcome and asked me about my day which was lovely as a solo traveller. I ate in the restaurant and service was excellent and the food was great. My room was always clean and I was fortunate enough to have a room at the end of the hotel which meant I had a sea view balcony. Breakfast had a good choice and was to a high standard, and the dining room was well spaced and bright. I absolutely loved my time here and I would absolutely love to come back.

A/C was weak in the room and the bathroom didn’t have any extraction fan, the beds were not comfortable to sleep in and not enough pillows were given.

location is perfect so many restaurants and 10mins walk to the strip.

poor service, housekeeping omitted to service our room 3 times, weren’t given the promised breakfast boxes, balcony door did not lock, even after maintenance “fixed” it, poor water pressure

Everything was great. The staff were attentive and polite, the room was comfortable and spacious , the food was great. It’s a clean and bright hotel which offers all the amenities you’d expect in a 4* hotel.

I don’t see why shower at pool is not in use and no umbrellas for sunbathing not good . I was in roon707 and shower was difficult to regulate boiling hot all the time could not get cold water and did tell reception. It’s a accident waiting to happen

breakfast was fool bardak- untidy, dirty, missing tables, dishes, slow personal at breakfast, not very friendly at bar too (not all staff), bad excursions serviss- we wait more than 1 hour, to talk with. we didnt wait more and go to another place not on hotel. the snack and drinks vending maschine at reception work wrong and take money from us several times, but didnt give a product.
