Somewhat dated, lifts poor (slow to arrive, floor indicators not functioning), no smart TV in room, ‘gym’ just one small room off reception. Breakfast noisy.

Location on the bay was great, and plenty of good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Pool/s in a city location are a bonus.

The bar area is too small, never busy because the bar prices are far too expensive, we was charged €8 Euros for one coke & one Fanta. The bar needs to be bigger and longer, with entertainment for guests who don’t want to go out sometimes, completely dead atmosphere in the hotel all the time, nothing going on. Also, the lifts are absolutely terrible. They don’t work and take you to the wrong floors , up and down. Takes 10 minutes to get from the 4th floor to reception.

The breakfast was good, a great varied selection. The location is perfect, the pool area is nice.

The inside swimming pool was cold ar small, not cozy at all.

The lication is quite as it us not very close to the buzy street. you need to go 7-8 min to the next bus stop. Good breakfast.

The only slight downside is the situation with the lifts if you are on upper floors. They are slow and at peak times you can be waiting a while.

Excellent location, great sea view, good sized rooms. There was a great variety on offer at breakfast with plenty of seating available. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We had a night flight reception told us no shower room facilities for guests on night flights. We asked about keeping our room on told there were no rooms available. However when we told reception there were rooms available showing ont booking.com they told us yes there was a room available .

Only gripe was the showers we had 2 rooms and both showers came with a choice of burn your own skin off or freeze no happy medium. Bonus of this was made the teenage girls hurry up to get out and not faff beautifying themselves!

Nice hotel, good location, Clean and tidy. Fresh pool towels available everyday and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good, wide range of cooked foods and pastries.

Bathroom was very small with no place to put items - no shelves or sink top. Air conditioning didn't work. We had to pay for water each day - very "penny-pinching" given the quality of hotel.

Sun terrace was good, lots of sun beds - great access to the sea.

As a constant pain suffer due to disability, it is difficult as the beds are very hard so had little sleep. A few things in our suite we’re looking a little tired…cupboard door fell off which was repaired. Others were looking as though they could also. Shower drain cover moved underfoot! Carpet outside our room was looking thread bare. Hopefully, they have further revamp plans which will rectify these issues.

Great choice of breakfasts with wonderful staff there to help if needed. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and we love it. Can’t wait to return. It’s situation is incredible! Most of facilities are good but a few were unavailable.

The lack of storage facilities. We were in Room 542. There is ample room to have installed a good sized wardrobe. The open clothes hanging area plus the very small wardrobe spoil the appearance and ambiance of the room. The room also lacks anywhere to hang damp towels. A few rails and hooks please.

The bathrooms need a soap dish and extra towel hooks, specifically one for the hand towel. The room itself needs a small lamp for ambient lighting, as it felt very sparse.
