TurkeyI did not like the access to the sea, too risky. There were also lots of jellyfish around. The rooms which are refurbished lack proper lighting system. The towels are old in the room. The kettle is also too old. The door key card reader system does not work. The elevator is too busy and old.
The beach and breakfast was superb except the access to the sea is a challenge. although there are stairs to the sea, it is not possible to get to shore after swimming , there must be a ladder like other public beaches in St Julians. Lots of guests injured themselves.

The property is in a good location for buses , restaurants and the beautiful bay at Spinola . The hotel is very clean . The new layout of the dining area works well. An excellent selection for breakfast. We have been returning to this hotel for many years and it never disappoints.

I stayed 4 nights here and everything was lovely. WiFi good. Pool area next to the sea which was great, private access into the ocean. Rooms were stylish. Air con was nice and cold. Staff friendly and attentive. Whole hotel nice and clean. Location great, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars and shops.

The breakfast was wonderful and very tasty, with a large variety of food and drinks (and you can have your meal outdoor, close to the outside pool). The accommodation was big, with an amazing view from the balcony to St. Julian's Bay, and a large comfortable bed. The localization of the hotel is nearby restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket and other facilities that you may need. The hotel is near the airport (~ 20 min by car). The staff was very nice and everything went as expected.

United KingdomThe room I booked was not honoured, despite it stating 3 single beds, we ended up with a double and 1 single bed. The room description stated 3 single beds on booking.com. when I questioned this I was told you have a tripe room. Some of staff need some customer service skills.

United Kingdomwe pre ordered a taxi to collect from the airport with the hotel and had issues which wasn’t a great start and the pre booked two taxis with reception to take us to a wedding which were not booked when we got down to reception to get in them. If there are issues with this service they should either be sorted or not offered to customers. we ended up using bolt and Uber apps instead which were easier and cheaper.
the hotel was in a great location despite no beach we were able to access the sea from the pool sunbathing area for a dip. The hotel was very reasonably priced for food and drink. cleaning staff and reception staff were very nice.

MaltaAc in room was not cooling properly. Mist of the times we felt hot & had to open the balcony door to cope with the heat.I think ac unit was too not powerful enough to cool well the room for the scorching heat.

United KingdomOutdoor pool wasn't in use when we arrived for our trip, this was disappointing, however the small print does advise that the pool may not be in use before 1st April. Was good to have the option of the indoor pool in this situation.
Excellent location, near to lots of lovely restaurant and bars. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options available. Room was spacious, clean and had all amenities needed. Enjoyed having the balcony looking over the bay.
