Friendly staff with nothing too much trouble to assist you. Great selection at breakfast time for all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Ample sun loungers around the pool.

We check out early around 4am there is no hot water for coffee or tea and we could do a bit of croissant and pastries.

Old, decayed infrastructure, traces of humidity on wall of the bedroom, supersmall sized bathroom, cheap furniture such as tables and chairs in restaurant, not worth a 4 stars hotel.

The air conditioner in the room did not work at +31c. 5 times I asked the reception for a repair or a new room. They once said that they could not fix it and that they would let me know about another room. Not once did they give me another room. They pretended to be crazy all the time

Lifts were the biggest issue. You could be waiting a 5 mins for the lift. More than 1 pillow would nice. Beds not very comfortable. Breakfast is average

Catalogue of errors, lifts unbearably slow then broke down. One night there was no hot water at all. Our room still had clothes left in the drawer by a previous guest. There was no towel rail or hooks and nowhere to put them except the floor. No sockets near a mirror to use a hairdryer with. Extremely dim lighting, and no bedside lights. Breakfast was average .

The lifts were a bit temperamental and slow to arrive - we were on the 5th floor, so we did get a bit of exercise using the stairs!!

Large airy room and big corner balcony with great views. Great location close to bars & restaurants but not noisy in the evening. Very clean and staff very helpful.

The wind is blowing through the balcony windows, and there is no sound isolation. There was a wedding in the harbor, and the noise was very disturbing.

Reception staff and some of bar staff weren't very friendly. The girls working in the bar area were super though. Most of the bedrooms had problem with the Air Con and the lifts in the hotel were very very slow. We had over 30 rooms booked for our daughters wedding. On the morning of the wedding we asked for a fan as the Air Con wasn't working. We went to reception on three occasions and were told they didn't' have one. Eventually the fan came about 2 hrs later. We also asked if we could bring up some high stool for the makeup artist and hairdresser. We were told that this wasn't possible. Our flight home wasn't until 10pm and we asked if it was possible to rent out a room. We were told on the morning that no rooms were available. However another couple who had made a big deal about not having a room were given one (they weren't part of the wedding party). There was no facilities in the hotel for changing or showering once you had checked out. I found this very hard to believe, I have never come across this in over 30 years of staying in hotels. I would not return to this hotel.
