The bed was quite hard, and there wasn’t almost no light coming into the room. Also the terrace was unusable - facing the backside of another building

The absence of breakfast is a touch disappointing but I knew when I booked so I can hardly expect anything different.

I was given a free upgrade and the superior room was excellent. I particularly appreciated the wet room and, although I didn't need it, the seat in the shower is to be applauded. The reception staff were very helpful indeed

Nothing to complain about.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well cleaned and stuffed with fridge kettle and coffee and tea. They have USB chargers so you don't need a universal plug. The rooftop is very nice for the view and the little pool. Location is perfect 20 min from the city by bus and not noisy at all.

The toilet seat needed some attention as it wasn't properly in place

The location was quite good considering the busy roads and works in progress close by. The room was always clean, quiet and air conditioned. The bathroom was clean and included a spacious shower cubicle

Very modern and well maintained small boutique hotel close to Msida in Valletta and handy for Creek Marina. Staff was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful.

The room was huge, clean, and beautifully arranged – and the receptionist was especially lovely! The area felt safe, with great transport connections to Valletta and even other cities by bus. 100% recommended!

It was amazing. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convinient as its 2 min from the bus that leads to Valetta. Gabi, the lovely recepcionist was extremly friendly and such a great hostest.

We loved the stay at Chapter 5. Gabriela, at the front desk, is a genuine lovely person, and she welcomed us in such a friendly way that it set the tone for the whole stay. We stayed in the standard room, which was spacious, clean and had all the listed amenities. Beds were comfortable, the bedding was plush, and the room was quiet. The whole place is very well-kept, and it has a boutique feel. Msida has quite a few restaurants and coffee shops and Valletta is easy to reach by local buses. Strongly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, balcony was very cute. It is located close to Valetta bus station. The ladies at the reception were welcoming, friendly and very kind. They helped us a lot on the day of the La Valletta Marathon.

The only negative feedback I could come up with is the bathroom curtain which need replacement and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfy.

The hotel was great!! The room exceeded our expectations as it was even better in real life providing everything we could have wanted for our short trip to Malta. Bonus points for the facilities such as the coffee, the great views of the terrace on the 4th floor and the pool which we didn’t use. Additionally the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel helping us and giving tips and recommendations about our stay on the island!

The only things I didn’t like about the property was that the fuse box in my room was buzzing quite loud, not sure if it’s the same in all the other rooms though. And that the vending machine upstairs doesn’t take card as I didn’t bring any cash with me! Other than that all great

Was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist, gave me recommendations and tips for my stay and travels. The room itself felt very nice and cosy, almost felt like home. I loved that the hotel wasn’t very big which meant there was little to no noise coming from the hallway. Location is great, close to the cafes and a bus stop, also walking distance to Valleta (if you like longer walks)

Very nicely decorated hotel - mixes traditional Maltese elements with more modern design. Loved the tall ceilings and the beautiful lobby desk. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Gabriela at reception was incredibly friendly and gave us lots of suggestions. We arrived quite late but check-in was very easy. We used a combination of bus, ferry and rental car to get around and hotel’s location was convenient (luckily even managed to find free street parking nearby).

Very close to buses, one has nearby options of buying groceries or enjoying a coffee or a treat, there is also a church nearby. The hotel personnel was great, they gave us a lot of info and took care to print some suggestions even in our native language... definitely would stay there again if I will go back to Malta!
