The vending machines didn’t take cards. Not the end of the world but it would’ve been handy. When you come out of the lift, the top of the stairs is immediately to your left and it’s a bit scary. Possible an accident waiting to happen, especially if you have mobility issues and aren’t super careful.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Lift available. Nice rooftop terrace. Helpful and friendly staff willing to go above and beyond.

Lack of after hours reception. I saw a guest let in a random drunk guy who didn't belong there. Also early one morning there was someone aggressively banging on someone's door. My room needed some love. Eg: Light fittings were detached from walls & ceiling with wires exposed. Insufficient lighting in the corridors. Should be on a timer.

I loved everything about this hotel! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel's location is very convenient - there are grocery shops and many bus stops nearby. We were nicely surprised by the jacuzzi on the roof, and used it almost every evening. And I couldn't get over how cute the elevator voice was!

not much activities/restaurants within walking distance, but didn't matter much because the bus stations are very close, and Bolt taxis can get you anywhere within minutes One can also order food/groceries using Wolt no view but didn't matter much

The toilet seats should be fixed. Maybe clean the shower plumbing to allow a faster drainage of the water.

Good location/ price (given that it's not Valletta, nor Birgu). Decent breakfast venues, less than 3 minutes away. Really helpful lady at the reception. Elevator, AC, TV. It was a good 3 nights stay.

Everything was great.

Quiet, clean, fantastic staff who really helped us with managing check-in, check-out, and rooming. Recently refurbished, so everything feels new. In general a professionally run, relaxed, and comfortable boutique hotel in a great location - just 30 meters from the marina and walking distance to both Sleima and Valletta.

All was perfect. Nice, new, clean apartment. Clear check in and check out. Hot water, cleaning every day. Near bus station to all Malta locations. Valetta in 20 minutes by walking, 2 minutes by bus.

The top floor was unusable as it was way too hot in there. And the jacuzzi is not much of a use due to the humidity and no shade.

Place was perfect. Near bus stop only 15mins from Valletta. The reception was the most helpful I’ve ever seen in my travels. Always with a smile!

We really enjoyed our stay! Hotel is very nice, great starting point to explore, halfway from Sliema to Valletta. Room was spacious with everything we needed and was cleaned every day! Coffee on the rooftop easily became our morning routine! Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. We hope that we can come back soon!

Once, our towels had some remaining stains.

The woman receptionist was really kind and willing to answer all of our questions! From the moment we arrived she gave us useful information, written in our language. The room was comfortable, beautiful and nicely cleaned every day. The location was perfect with bus stops really close to the hotel and only 8-10 minutes from Valleta by bus. The tarace with the jacuzzi was beautiful. I highly recommend the hotel!

Although very well connected to public transport, the area around the hotel was not lively and didn't really feel safe, especially at night it was dark and not interesting to walk around. Regarding the hotel itself, probably because we were on the first floor and quite close to the stairs and the reception area, there was noise at times

Very beautiful and aesthetic room, much more spacious than an average hotel room and equipped with all the essentials. All the staff we met were more than kind and helpful. Bus stops within 5 minutes walk and we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a bus to come

There was nothing wrong about the property

The hotel was in a very nice location. The room was upgraded for free and it was very clean and beautiful. I liked a lot the jacuzzi with the amazing view on the terrace. Amazing staff

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff was absolutely helpful and kind. They always greeted us with a huge smile. The room was clean - which I think is the most important. Soap and shampoo was provided so you should not have to bring yours. The hotel and the rooms are modern and look like just as on the pictures. The hotel is near to at least 5 bus stops from where you can easily reach shops, beaches and ofc Valletta where you can change for another bus that takes you anywhere you want. Spar is 5 minutes on foot, LIDL is 15 minutes by bus.
