I love this place. Very safe as I travel alone to visit family. Been 3 times this year.

No breakfast. Don't think they cater. Lots of places locally to eat. Marvellous shop 100 metres. Empire store.

Very characterful boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean, large room, and welcoming staff. I could not have asked for more. I like walking so the location was perfect with habourside walks to both Sliema and Valetta. If you visit in the heat of the summer, or walking isn't for you, the local buses are very convenient and cheap. Thank you so much. It was perfect

1) location: Malta is indeed very small and you can travel everywhere by bus. This hotel has a perfect location close to Valletta and Gzira and several bus stops to different destinations. 2) staff: everyone was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Gabriela 😍, she was always ready with multiple advices and suggestions, very client-oriented. 3) room itself: rather big and clean, with a set of coffee and tea. 4) rooftop terrace with several deck-chairs and small jacuzzi

I didn’t like the bathroom, which was adapted for disabled people and didn’t have hangers for the towels (no idea why).

The receptionists are great, very nice and helpful providing advice about what to visit in Malta. The location is very convenient for public transport and walking to Sliema.

The lady in the front desk was absolutely the best. So kind, welcoming, happy. The hotel was nice and okay. Nothing so luxurious but for us it was enough.

Gorgeous space, on quiet street, accessible to all areas in Valetta and Siliema. You can walk or get a bus to either destination. Well considered accommodation with excellent storage and cooking options. Apartment has balcony and access to rooftop terrace with jacuzzi pool. Easy check-in, lovely staff. We had bicycles, and the staff were happy to secure them overnight for us. Building has been restored sympathetically. Spotless, cleaning service every day. Check out Down the Rabbit Hole for a pint. Good value, would recommend staying here.

Comfortable beds and spacious room with everything you need , they arranged our tacos prior arrival and that made everything easier, we had a short layover in Malta and we were able to rest a bit here which was more than confortable

The idraulic system of the baths need a rectify. It's bad to hear the bad water noise every time when some client above your room use the bath. Also I believe that must have breakfast at the location

The bed was a little bit hard for my personal preference, which did give me a bad back when I woke up most mornings, but it wasn't terribly uncomfortable and I was still able to get a good amount of sleep. There was one day in which we didn't recieve fresh towels, but when we asked for some, we were given them right away.

The staff were very helpful upon check in, giving us information about things to do around Malta which was really helpful. The room itself was also very nice, with plenty of space and an alright view. The staff were very accomodating to our requests, and supplied us with an ironing board and iron when we asked for them.

We had a really lovely stay at Chapter 5. We chose this hotel over larger resort style places and it didn't disappoint. It has a lovely homely feel and has more character and charm than a resort. It was in a good location, close to buses that go to Valetta. Some really good cafés nearby that sell good breakfasts. Gabriela and Vanessa are the loveliest people, so bubbly and friendly and go out of their way to help. Room well equipped with tea making facilities, fridge, hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. Lovely roof terrace with plunge pool and views overlooking harbour and Valetta. We look forward to making a return visit.
