Great location and really nice hotel. We really enjoy our stay here. Everyone were amazing and super proffesional especcialy Gabriela. We were able to check in earlier than expected and also to extend our trip for 1 night under special price.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Fantastic staff. There was a mistake, we didn't receive the room we booked. They quickly changed it with no fuss. Also we forgot our small totem toy in our room and they kindly sent it to us into another country per our request. That's the attitude towards their guests!

The towels, though clean, seemed to be too used. However, this was a small detail that made no difference to the great experience of staying at this hotel :-)

The room was very clean, comfortable (I loved the matress and the shower!) and nicely decorated. The location is convenient and close to bus stops where you can catch buses that take you to several places of interest. The staff was smiley, friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could come to mind is the size of the bed that may be a little bit too short for people taller than 185 cm.

Our stay at Chapter 5 was great. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long weekend in Malta. From the very simple self check-in procedure to the friendly and welcoming staff who provided us with useful information and suggestions, we couldn't ask for more. The location is very well connected to public transport and Valletta is just a 7 minutes bus ride away. Price-performance ratio excellent.

-personally, the mattress and the pillows weren't really comfy; -it would be good if the hotel would serve breakfast.

-easy late check-in; -clean room and bathroom; -hot water and heater/ac; -very helpful and friendly girl at the reception; -very quite area, at least in Winter. -few steps from different bus lines to Valletta and other parts of the island; -several international restaurants around the hotel.

Well, the room was cold during the night (at least, this was our case) and it didn't ge too warm, even though we kept the air conditioning on. The bed was not comfortable😕

They could provide for one spare UK type/EU type power outlet converter. I had to use the TV's one (so, no TV). They could have at least one small bottle of water in the mini fridge. They didn't mention of the trap water was drinkable. The wifi is rather slow. There could be a dedicated light right above the desk.

The fact they have printed instructions in my home language!! The personnel's kindness and warmth. They instructed me on nearby places to have breakfast, dinner, coffee etc. The bed was superb. Everything is new. The room design was beautiful.The neighborhood is quiet.

The bed has a fairly hard spring mattress. In the living area the sofa bed, when unfolded, creaks strongly and is not comfortable for sleeping.

Excellent location, everything you need is within walking distance. Quiet area. The apartment is stylishly decorated, clean, with a balcony. Everything needed for a staying was available. Very nice staff, especially at the reception. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Very friendly staff, the woman at the reception desk had a warm welcome for us and some useful recommendations. The location is very good, near restaurants and bus station. There are vending machines where you can find drinks, snacks and water 24hours.

The cleanness of the room, also the kindness of the staff really made our stay more beautiful. Money to value ratio is great. Location is perfect and close to bus stations, many of them, so you are basically connected to all main places on island. Recommend!

Noise. At 5 am some funny guys decided it was a nice idea to continue the party in the last floor in the vending machine area. Since there is no door between that and the stairs, it was like having them in my room. There is no staff at this hour in the hotel. Also... there is a church in front that rings the bell every hour in the night, maybe not.

The bed was too hard and we could literally see and feel the springs jamming into our ribs, so something so basic wasn't taken care of with a good comfortable pocket mattress with good padding. And I know Malta has access to some really good mattresses I lived here ;) The view from our room was on a wall and we only had a tiny window that wasn't easy to open.

The location is very good if you want to be close to Gzira and Valetta. The staff was lovely and very welcoming. The room and the entire hotel was clean and well designed.The hotel is built from 2 combined traditional Maltese townhouses, which gives it its unique look.

The room was amazing, quite spacious for 2 people. All facilities are there. there was a small window, but we anyway keep it closed with curtains all the time. Gabriela at the reception was exceptionally welcoming. We didn’t know the socket is UK here, so she gave us an adapter and as well a lot of recommendations for places to visit and eat at. There is a small jacuzzi for 2-3 people on the rooftop with some sun beds to rest on. Location is quite good, it’s next to Marina, 30 min walking to Silema and the nearest beach, 10 min bus ride to Valetta, 1 hour to Mdina.

The fact that the double bed is actually two twin beds brought next to each other is not very comfortable. An additional luggage rack would be useful.

The property offers an amazing value/price ratio; it is neat, nicely decorated and houses a large elevator. The property is at walking distance from the bus station to Valletta and to several daily goods stores. The Standard double room is large, clean and provides good natural light. Shoutout to Gabriela and Vanessa who were very welcoming, cheerful and helpul.
