We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MaltaThe stairs as my husband had an operation and we had to handle it to the room. But to be fair we didnt ask for help . And my laguage has been taken up. Also the bed is small for two large people and also makes to much sound

Gorgeous hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We loved the pool area (and had it to ourselves most days - assume because it was still low season).
