There are a few areas for improvement: bathroom didn’t have enough towel hangers, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast could get very crowded at peak times, and it was sometimes hard to find a table. Also, soundproofing could be better—the walls and floors are quite thin, and we could hear people walking or dragging furniture, especially the very heavy chairs that creak loudly on the tile floors. Still, the pros definitely outweighed the cons, and the wonderful staff, made all the difference. I'd happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would gladly give it the highest rating—mainly thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly made us feel welcome, especially Nevena. The hotel is in a great location in Sliema, close to everything you need. It's a newer property, which shows in the modern design and clean feel. We appreciated the coffee machine in the room—such a nice touch for a morning boost. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering a great spot to relax.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which cannot be helped but early morning starts and late finishes in the noise wasn't particularly relaxing.

The staff here are an absolute credit to the brand and hotel. Always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast team were especially welcoming and very happy in their work. It made our experience feel very special. Very clean hotel with a great food selection.

We booked 2 rooms. It was few rooms away from each other but wasn’t a big issue.The explanation given by receptionist was acceptable.

Property so Clean, brand new and nicely decorated. Every single staff were so friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Pool so clean and towels were available everywhere. Very quiet and peaceful place.

The hotel is close to other buildings and therefore the view from the room was limited. To be honest though, we were out all day and we didn't really see this as a big issue.

The hotel was very new and everything was clean and rooms very well appointed. The reception area was a very good space to meet and sit with coffee to discuss the day. All lovely.

Although the rooms were fairly comfortable there were a few issues: Our window faced a wall, so little natural light, also the massive air vent close by was noisy when windy. The room had a tiny balcony, which didn't seem to have much of a purpose The doors let in lots of light from the hallway, so we had to use an item of clothing to block the light Nightlights with sensors either side of the beds were annoying, (if you got out of bed in the middle of the night the room filled with light, it's a nice idea, but not very helpful really...) Blinking green and red lights on the fire alarm, again needed to be covered. Sliema itself has building works all over the town, whilst we visited...assuming before peak season.... so something to be aware of

The Rooftop area was great, we enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast and then relaxing on the rooftop with pool Breakfast had plenty of options and a good price The staff at the breakfast service and rooftop were amazing. Each floor had a station for ice and water, so great to fill up your bottles before a day out Easy to get to by bus and then walking distance to the ferry to Valletta

Adjacent building works, although simply progress like any other city; the quality glazing certainly took care of any noise.

Fantastic location, amazing friendly staff, great facilities and superb pools, cannot be faulted, there is nothing not to like. Go on, treat yourself!!!

I visited Malta to celebrate my birthday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was fantastic and the staff are amazing. I travelled for good weather and was lucky to find the best accommodation for my family.

Nothing. Be aware however that the area has many buildings under construction and it can be noisy during the day.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms, rather on the small side, are spotlessly clean. New furniture and comfortable bedding.

Nothing, top notch hotel

Exceptional stay. Helpful and professional hotel staff. Our room was cleaned everyday. Very nice heated pool and outstanding restaurant. Courtyard Mariott in Sliema is everything you would want to experience in a hotel. I definitely became a fan of Marriott after that stay :))

All great Only beef would be we came back one day at 4pm the room wasn’t done the next day we came back at 5pm room wasn’t done They were there and asked a few minutes later but we we’re resting Shame as check in time is 3pm so you think all rooms would be cleaned by then Minor issue though

Extremely helpful staff. Excellent health facilities, including sauna and rooftop pool. Also excellent healthy options for breakfast. No sea views from the bedrooms as the hotel is set back half a block from the sea front, but this means there’s no traffic noise.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The facilities are fantastic, it’s so modern and was absolutely spotless. The rooms are spacious and modern and have everything you could need, the bed was huge and so comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with a fantastic shower. The location is amazing, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s only a few minutes walk to get to the ferry to go to Valletta. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff who were so helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was perfect. The room was big and so clean, coffee machine is a bonus. Pool and sauna are perfect. A lot of restaurants near the hotel. Strongly recommend to stay there.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel, I highly recommend and am planning a repeat visit with my family :-)

This is a modern hotel and still new, so facilities are extremely stylish. It is located close to the sea, thus walking along the beach is amazing. It is close to everything, restaurants, transport and tour buses if you are a tourist wanting to get out and explore. The staff are super friendly, I stayed on the valentine weekend and I was travelling for work and mixed in some pleasure so I was a sole traveller. The staff made me feel very welcome, the food was great, good breakfast too, and I got a bottle of red wine on the house to celebrate valentines day. Kudos to Jonathan, Claudio, Pankas and Helen who were supportive all through and Helen shared ideas of things to do in the limited time I had. You all made my Malta trip memorable, thank you!

Our stay at Courtyard was excellent in every way. Starting with the staff that made it a great experience. Everyone is very kind, attentive to details, always ready to help and make you comfortable, I really appreciate their efforts. My best advice for anyone is this: listen to what they suggest for places to eat and visit, they know stuff! I want to thank all of them for everything. And those lists were the best guides! The rooms were spotless, warm (in March you need a little warmth), the beds comfortable, breakfast always fresh and tasty and quickly replenished with options for every type of dietary requirements. We did not use de pools and the gym because we do not swim and came to explore the islands, but we were made aware of the opportunity and saw that they were kept in great condition. The location is great, very close to a well-connected bus station, 20 meters from the promenade, close to the ferry to Valletta on foot, quiet but close to the fun spots. This was a perfect stay! And because I think people make a place great, I want to thank everyone again!
