Spacious comfortable room with an iron board and an iron as well as a good hair dryer. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food items. Location is central and close to all amenities.

The indoor pool was a bit too loud but that is expected when there are children.

We had a queen room which was spotless and comfy but could be a bit bigger but that's just being very picky.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfy as were the pillows. There was always piping hot water in the shower. Price of drink and food in the hotel was very good. The location was excellent. The bus station was just up the hill on the left. Also some great restaurants near by.

There was nothing we didn't like but the plug socket is to low on the dressing table in 6101 to be able to plug the hair dryer. However there are plenty other sockets to use.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Very happy helpful staff from reception, restaurant, spa, house keeping. The food was amazing over the Christmas period. Presentation was wonderful. We received a cookie each on arrival. A small Christmas gift on our room door. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. It was busy with families on Christmas eve but Boxing morning I was alone. It opens at 7am. Lifts'are super quick. Rooms are very nice & the beds are very comfortable. Crabtree toiletries are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid hand soap & body lotion. We had a sea view & large terrace in room 6101. Gift shop has reasonable prices . We didn't use the bar but did see they had entertainment & good atmosphere. The location is very central, with the bus terminals behind the hotel & a large car park.

Cold pool water, once room service came at 4 p. m. so we refused it as we had already returned to our room

The food , it wasn’t too bad but it could have been better. The ac was so hot and I complained once and was told it was fixed that day, and couldn’t be regulated which I found a bit weird but thank God for the windows.

The amenities in the hotel were superb. The staff were also very welcoming and nice . I actually enjoyed it
