Water in the outdoor pool could have been a little warmer

Everything was great! Excellent breakfast. Kids loved the indoor pool. Great location - many shops and restaurants around. Family room was spacious and comfortable - for a family of 5 it’s not that often. Highly recommended!

Following booking .com sending over the wrong room details I had booked for. I had the email. Staff checked and rectified all issues. This put pressure on them. Not due to their fault. They were lovely. Booking. . Com need to be more careful in the future

Spa was being refurbished. Cocktails and drinks from pool bar were not great. Seemed out of packet, processed and didn’t taste great.

Poor communication both before we arrived, during and after we left both with us and between staff. We would be told one thing by one staff member and told another by someone else to sort our small issues (eg. Bedding setup, tv that wasn’t working). This made the stay more stressful than it should have been.

Great pools and outlook. Room was nicely furnished and new. Breakfasts were good.

Before booking I checked on booking.com if their is a indoor play area and Yes their was written that the hotel has an indoor play area, but then when we got their we didn’t find any indoor play area which was super disappointing for my toddler! There was a small kids club but it was closed all of the time. Also the indoor pool was cold and the edges of the pool were super sharp and my son got hurt with them while going into the pool.

Location just on the waterfront. Rocky beach just accross the road. Good variety of food both for breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff.

As I go to many hotels this reminded more of a conference centre, due the large foyer than an actual holiday hotel.The food was ok but I didn't like eating carvery meet every day as i didnt eat bolegnase as it had sweetcorn in it and tomato pasta options didnt appeal, it was the kids food which was the option for me when I wanted a change.I was all inclusive.

People tend to reserve the sunbeds early by placing a towel on them and not turnup to them until later in the afternoon. Which should be managed better.

Large and Spacious Room to accomodate a family of 4. Bathroom and Shower spacious. Breakfast had an incredibly various selecctions of bread, english b'fast, pastries, sweets, fruit, vegetables. The Dolmen in the middle of the Hotel is impressive in itself. Two pools, one more "modern" than the other.

Pool area was soulless. Breakfast had a good choice but lacked quality. Coffee awful. The tea station in the room wasn’t replenished only two English breakfast tea bags a bit mean.

The location is not the best on the island but it is still an excellent base to work from.

Our family room was fantastic and the hotel facilities, particularly the pools were top class. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.....probbly the best breakfast buffet I've ever had.

Apart from some minor food quibbles above, it was frustrating that umbrellas could not be used on most days around the pools because of the wind (which was not the hotel's fault) but it meant use of the indoor (heated) swimming pool which became a favourite of the grandson. You definitely need higher bar stools around the bar in the lounge! The nightly entertainment was pretty good, but a few of them should be encouraged to engage more with the audience.

The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were equally modern and easy to use. Cleaning and servicing was regular and efficient. The breakfast buffet was extensive, if rather repetitive and could do with some variety such as omelettes. The scrambled egg could usually also do with a bit more cooking, while some of the bacon could be more crisply cooked for those that prefer it that way. But minor niggles. The evening buffet also had wide choices and did offer more variety on different nights. It was also incredibly good value, given the inclusion of wine and beer in the price and no charge for young kids. The location was great with plenty on offer in easy walking distance (I must mention the Nine Lives restaurant in front of the hotel, which was excellent) and other features easily accessible by bus or reasonable taxi prices. Lastly the staff were all great and always helpful and smiling.

The fitness room is very small and limited. For a 4 Star Hotel I would have expected a larger facility and more equipment. In this room you can only find 1 Bicycle and 1 Treadmill for a hotel with over 400 rooms. No TV's, no sanitising liquids, no replenishment of water in 3 days. Fitness Room needs attention!

All was to our pleasure. TV Channels have poor reception.
