The staff seems to lack knowledge on local attractions, recommendations etc. There was some inconsistency in the way that some breakfast choices were prepared (e.g., fried eggs, waffles, bacon). We experienced two short, yet highly frustrating, outages in water supply (e.g., no toilet flush); and one power outage in the room.

Great breakfast variety, in a very spacious breakfast room. Polite and willing to serve staff. Very clean facilities - both open spaces and rooms. Fast and credible wifi. Easy to find/recognize. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. The Ombre cafe/bar really adds to the experience.

Nothing that we didn’t like, just a bit disappointed the spa wasn’t open and that the pool was not heated early in the season so we could make full use of the facilities.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good. We had a hotel located by the coast and a room from the top with a view of the coast. Everything was very nice and we are glad we chose this hotel.

Unfortunately there is a major construction project at the front of the hotel on the waterfront. Currently two large tower cranes. Don’t work late or start too early thankfully. Bus stops and terminus very close to the hotel.

Staff lovely and hotel feels brand new. Room modern and clean. Food in hotel excellent. Breakfast very good and good choices for later meals.

Cold water in the swimming pool, no bathrobe and shoes in the rooms, and the bathroom is too small. I think it was the smallest bathroom I have ever used in a hotel.

Towels changed every day, breakfast had a great variety of food, staff was really nice, you could see everybody was doing their best.

Dinner time was held in the smaller restaurant with lack of tables and shortage of staff so at times some delays. Trying to get a towel for the sunbed can also prove difficult. I also think welcome packs in rooms or provided by reception would be a good idea to explain basics such as which meals are held where and at what time etc. But overall a very nice vacation.

Having the room over the main entrance it was quite noisy during the nights (bar on the ground floor) and in the mornings (guests arrival/departures). Administration should definitely think about an extra acoustic facilities in these rooms. The room were cleaned mainly in the center but the corners in the bathroom, for example, remained untouched. Pity that having all inclusive service there were not able to have any not sweet snacks between lunch and dinner (it is important when you are with the kids). Entertainment ideas for the evenings must be reviewed - it was not really interesting.

Location is great, especially for the family holidays. Room was enough big and comfortable. Food was enough plenty, though since hotel is located in island should be having more seafood in the offer. Great sea beach.

The bar in the reception area was good but very loud, especially when the music entertainment was playing which wasn't so good.

The pools and bars were great. Extra towels for the pool were available at no cost. The breakfast was very good but very busy. The extra tables in the Delos bar were a blessing and made breakfast very pleasant.

-indoor pool closed at 7pm already so very overcrowded -sea beach closed till 9am and after 6pm -no playground for kids (kids club just small room and open for 4 hrs and even not everyday) -very loud during meals -very week internet in the room and almost no outside at pools

-very friendly and helpful staff at indoor pool, breakfast, cleaning ladies -heated indoor pool -private sea beach -convenient car parking -great meals with variety and tasty
