the AC was not working - we were lucky as it wasn’t so hot but if we came in July/august during really hot months this would have been awful

Hotel and particularly the staff were excellent. Everyone was most helpful and friendly, great service overall. Food was very good and varied selection. Inside and outside pool areas great. Great location on the waterfront and short walk to other restaurants or the main street.

The children found it hard to find suitable 'simpler' dishes. It would be helpful if there was a children's area with dishes such as fishfingers, chips, margerita pizza, unmarinated chicken wings pasta without sauce, carrot sticks, baby tomatoes, simple rice...

The buffet food and cafe food were excellent. Great variety every day and Easter Sunday was exceptional

We were not very impressed with the animation team, especially with the lady called Alyona. She wasn't very interested in playing with kids and was more into herself than actually engaging with kids.

Food was nice, great location, very nice people working there especially big thanks to Ismail working in Delos cafe. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious with a gorgeous view on the pool area and garden. The location is perfect Centre of everything ad the breakfast was great plenty of choice. Good entertainment during the weekend.

Excellent breakfast, did get busy around nine to nine thirty. Great room with lovely views and cleaned beautifully every day. Kids loved the pools, good spa for adults, 241 drinks 6-7 each night.

We booked this hotel so we could visit the casino. The walk from our room to the casino was a long one. The lift going down to the casino was not so good. It took us a few days to find our way. I would have preferred to go down stairs to the casino rather than use the lift, but we could not find any.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were always very helpful. The room and balcony with sea view was more than we expected.

the continental breakfast was top class but sadly the English breakfast was always stone cold and practically inedible a well placed microwave would have solved the problem and i was amazed none was available

Everything was perfect!

The room was great with the balcony facing the sea from one side and pool area on the side (photos included). The location is the best in the area: close to shops, restaurants, and seashore. The breakfast is superbe, You will not need to have lunch after the breakfast and the breakfast floor manager "George" is very attentive to details and friendly. the staff go out of their way to help and accommodate different food requirements. The food kept comming to the buffett tables up to the last 15min before closing (Photos included). I go to Dolmen with my family to relax once or twice a year since more than 20 years and I rarely have any issues. On the contrary I only have good memories here.

Dinner was not tasty. Room needs some refreshment, especially bathroom.

Location is very close to the shore and promenade. Breakfast is variable. Indoor swimming pool is nice. Kids club is available. Kids spent a great time with animation ladies.

2 waitresses were talking plates away from us while we were still eating while plates were half full. These waitress were coming every 5 min to check if we finished, so we were pressured to eat quickly and leave. That felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. And that happened every time they were on their shift. On the other note, other waiters had pleasant manners and were nice and helpful.

It was a very well located hotel with free public parking and a paid parking place next door.tge hotel is big with plenty things to do there. Lots of indoor/outdoor pools, spa, training facilities. Had really lovely lunches and dinners. Staff was nice and we could see that they are making an effort to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant staff was exceptionally nice helping with to get food for a picky child. Our room was huge and clean. Sunday lunch was just amazing. A huge variety of salads, seafood and deserts We enjoyed our stay.
