Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyWe had an all inclusive package, but it was all inclusive with limitations, and in my opinion silly exclusions, for instance most basic drinks ok but red bull not, some cocktails were off limits and they were cheaper than most that were, didn’t make sense to me? But was very frustrating, I don’t think the staff knew the system as the exclusions depended on the particular member.
Very clean the staff were fantastic

PolandAs a frequent traveller it is very rare that I write rather negative comments but this time the hotel was a major disappointment.First of all ,unlike in Dolmen times when hotel guests had an access to the sea using underground passage from the pools area ,now ,under Hilton, this acess was nonexistent due to reconstruction of the hotel's beach club. The lack of this acess has not been stipulated in hotel description, and when inquired about this I got first reply from receptionist: "we informed everyone including Booking com",then from the shift manager-"it is closed because if winter and reconstruction" and finally from the hotel manager-"acess to the beach is not stipulated in the current description, therefore you must not expect to have it" During my stay the seawater temperature was 22 " Celsius hence sufficient for swimming ,sea access was one of my major criterion for selecting this Dolmen/Hilton hotel and paying premium price.Had I known that there was no direct access to the see-I would have chosen another hotel for half of what Hilton charged me. Information should be definitely included in description as this hotel ,before take over by Hilton, has always had an easy access. Such murky attitude is not something I expected from the worldwide brand.Besides this major deficit there were other smaller ones-phone to reception not working, had to inquire twice to get bathrobes necessary to use spa area. And spa area itself-small pool with poorly filtered unclear water and one small steambath-a joke for this kind of place.
Hotel is clean ,has a good wi fi and breakfast.

The staff kept ignoring requests and purposefully saying they ran out of bathrobes. Even had to ask for room slippers. So generally bad bad bad staff.

Malta(1) I asked if I could keep the room for an additional two hour as I was attending a seminar, and was informed by reception that since I did not book directly, this would be charged extra. (2) The heating in the room was not working. On enquiring reception desk informed me that the heating had not yet been switched to heating and was still on cooling. With a temperature of 14 degrees, the room was cold. (3) Compared to the public areas, the room furniture looked very basic.
The public areas are most welcoming. Great reception and the staff checked us in most efficiently. Food in restaurants and breakfast was exceptional and definitely worth the visit. Conference facilities were excellent.

United KingdomShower drained much slower than the water coming out so had to keep turning shower off and stand in dirty water waiting for it to drain. Room was very spacious but lacked somewhere to sit. The pictures of the rooms showed sofas or chairs to sit on, ours had the space and even the lamp, but no chairs which was disappointing. There was a gap between the balcony door frame and the door which let in lots of road noise and warm air when the ac was on. This was partially addressed during our stay by maintenance team. The fix reduced the noise and air leak considerably.
The location is good, it’s right on the beach and easy to walk to the bus station. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but evening meals were just ok. It must be difficult to cater for so many people and the catering team did a good job overall but I found the meat dishes very overcooked during our stay. A good selection every night though. The indoor swimming pool was good.

Norwayvery much uninformarion between personel on reception desk and ombre restaurant. Stuf in Ombre scares away with attitude. Like they work because the are forced to. Food on allinclusive in AZUR... just nice on sundays... any other day THIS SAME most of the time... all meals- boring (the same all the time). We have been 10 days... and After 3 days eating almost the same, we were tired.

SwitzerlandFor the price paid, the room was very small. The air con didn't function properly, leaving the room ice cold all the time (raising temp setting and selecting heating did nothing).
Hotel is in a good location, staff are very friendly. Great cookies on arrival. The room was modern and in good condition. Large choice at breakfast.

TurkeyThe first day I arrived I paid the hotel fee via booking.com. They also took a 300 Euro deposit from me and said they would give it to me on the day I left, but it's been two days since I left and my money still hasn't been deposited into my account. Why is the hotel keeping my 300 Euros? This is a very wrong practice. I've seen such a practice for the first time at this hotel. And I still don't understand why they took a deposit. I paid for the food we ate with a credit card and I paid for the hotel with a credit card. I also paid for the drinks we had there with a credit card, but 300 Euros are still at the hotel.

MaltaThe outdoor and indoor pool were too crowded. No rules were being followed (kids jumping and diving in the pool). Better service in the room was needed, for example, for providing a bottle of water in summer would have been better. Access to the room was far from the lifts. Also, it seemed that there was little personnel assisting the pool area.
Room and bed were comfortable. Drinks at the pool bar were fine. Breakfast was excellent.

MaltaWe didn't like much of the buffet breakfast and dinner unfortunately. Vegetables were either overcooked or undercooked. Fish selection was very poor and beef was chewy. Salads were quite good. Apart from that on the day of our checkout which was at 11am one of the maids knocked at 8.45am to tell us that we had to leave the room. We were so upset since we never ever had someone knock on our door to leave the room. It was way before checkout time! We reported this at reception too. We expected a much higher standard from this hotel. We won't go back to stay here.
We liked our room. It was very spacious and clean. Pool area was quite big and there were a lot of deck chairs.

RomaniaBreakfast is bad, not many options to choose from. Also, the hotel room is not soundproof, you hear every noise from outside and you can’t make pitch black in the room with the curtains. Sauna and SPA was not usable as well when we went due to maintenance. Disspaointed.
Nothing special
