Booking.com gives the address of this property as no 51. That isn't correct. It's no 103. Rather confusing as the houses on the street appear to have been re - numbered at some point so some have the old number on, some have the new, and some have both. But the guesthouse clearly has the no 103 on its door. Not a major problem, just something to be aware of.

Beautiful little guest house. Spotlessly clean. My room (no 4) was a good size, with a very comfy bed, fridge and kettle. Communal area on ground floor with free tea/coffee and use of crockery, cutlery etc. 10 min walk from seafront and ferry port (to Valletta). Would recommend.

A nice room with a comfortable bed. A spacious bathroom with two sinks. A terrace. We enjoyed drinking tea on the terrace even in March. There was a kettle and cups in the room. The air conditioning/heating was useful one day. On the lower floor, there is everything you need to make a coffee. The property is located on a quiet street.

The location of the facility is ideal for commuting in the city, but also to other destinations on the island. The cleanliness is the strongest point of the accommodation and the staff does an excellent job to ensure a positive experience during your stay.

The only negative thing was the bed and the mattress. Whatever i tried i was just slipping into the very soft middle during the night and woke up with a backpain...

Very nice accomodation in an OK area for a very good price. Check-in and out were very smooth, loved the terrace.

We had a very pleasant stay in this place! It is located on a quiet street, so no problems with noise. Our room had everything we needed, including, most importantly, a big, super comfy bed. The bathroom and the shower were quite spacious. The room had an amazing balcony, where we would sit and enjoy our morning coffee every day. Also, there was free coffee and tea downstairs. Good communication with the hosts, easy check in. All in all, great value for money.

The fridge in the room was very noisy

The communication was outstanding! Responses were incredibly fast and friendly. I really appreciated how quickly my request for an extra blanket was handled – the manager responded immediately and provided one. The complimentary coffee and tea in the shared kitchen were a nice bonus, as was the daily room service. I can only recommend.

The room is a good size, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also a good size with a great shower. The cleanliness of the whole environment is impeccable and it has the equipment to make your stay comfortable. It has a kitchen and a laundry room. The staff are very friendly and the check-in and check-out is very practical. I recommend it.

A nice cosy room. A short walk to the ferry and seafront. Plenty of shops to get provisions. Great scenery and friendly people.

The bus stop is near, also stores and the sea. There is storage room for bags untill you need it, with toilet and coffee. Coffee and tea is free every day. The host is very interested in if you are ok or need something.

-The room is missing an iron for clothes, - the bathroom has a shower curtain. If you're not careful, water from the shower may spill out into the bathroom.

The location is situated on a quiet street, 700 meters from the Balluta station and 150 meters, you can catch buses 21, 22, and 25 (though they take a bit of a detour). The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning, and it was clean with perfectly matched colors. There's also a balcony where you can comfortably sit and smoke at the table.
