Greece1) the description in booking.com is was misleading to a bigger room. 2 definitely the room was not a suite that I selected for my honey moon . The espresso machine was dirty and it was never cleaned during the daily cleaning service . 3 . I didn’t like the fact that the breakfast was in sift with strict timelines that were adding the extra stress to me. 4. There was no double bed, but two single mattresses connected 5. There was a lamp with eU plug without adapters in the room. 5. whatever you were asking from the Reception example adapter, h hairdryer, iron etc. they were asking for deposit 6. Everyday the cleaning service was forgetting sth ex floor towel , toothpaste , espresso capsules. 7. There was no mini bar in the room and after nine you were not able to order anything because the reception was closed
The staff was very polite and the hotel was nicely located.

IndiaWe stayed here for 4 nights in this property by paying a handsome amount of money. On Friday night dated 10th of may ( our 3rd night ) there was a power shortage in this hotel and there was no power for 12 hours. The power outrage happened at 10 pm in the night (and there is no one in the reception from 9 pm to 7 am )so nobody was answering our complaints or picking our calls . The next morning we went to the reception desk and told our issue , the lady completely dismissed our issue and forwarded our query to the gentleman who was serving breakfast. The reply of the gentleman was " the maintenance have been informed and they will fix this issue , we cannot give you a timeline ". The employees were not even sorry for this .Usually when such issues happen hotels give some sort of compensation, in our case no one from the entire property even said sorry to us. And for any small thing they have to ask their manager who is hardly present at the hotel On Sunday morning we had an early checkout (6am) , we had informed the same in the reception and asked them if we could get any early breakfast. The guy at the front desk told us that they will prepare us a breakfast kit , and we can collect it while leaving our keys at the table ( no one is at the reception from 9 pm to 7 am as informed earlier ) . So the next morning when we were checking out , we couldn't find any breakfast kit . And thirdly they charge you a refundable deposit for every small thing . At the check in time you will be charged 50 euros refundable deposit , you will have to give deposit for using iron , bathrobe everything but they will not even be sorry for leaving you without electricity for 13 hours. Imagine you have to call your family home but you cannot do so as there is no power in the hotel. So in short PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THEY WILL NOT BE SORRY , THEY WILL NOT FULFIL YOUR BASIC NEEDS , only THE LOCATION IS GOOD.

United KingdomA lovely boutique hotel, the room was beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was huge and comfortable and there were extra pillows on the bed. The hotel is conveniently located near to the bus stops, restaurants, clubs and shops. We found it to be an ideal starting place for our day trips each morning. We considered hiring a car but because of how easily accessible and conveniently located the hotel is we were glad we did not hire a car. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We arrived outside of reception working hours but the check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

AustraliaNo hairdryers in room , you have to pay a deposit for them. House keeping needed help in relation to what towels to put in the room, hand towels are not suitable for drying after a shower or hand towels are good to have. No extra pillows or duvets had to ask , housekeeping gave a sheet . Asked again told that there was none and got 3 fleece blankets. Curtain was stolen from room and blanket was pegged to rail to block balcony light. This needs replacing not just left. There seems to be a lot of theft that could be covered with room deposits not for other guests to go without. Hotel has an awful lot of potential to be a lot more which is a shame considering its placement is superb.
Its proximity to everything. Hotel has the ability to do a lot better if they tidy up a few loose ends. Older staff are unbelievably helpful the younger ones not so much. Possibly training isn’t finished so would suggest placing them with older experienced staff. They did try to help but didn’t seem too concerned. Granted this is a 3 star hotel so would suit someone who was starting out on holidays or on a budget.

Incredibly comfortable room. There is everything you need. The level of service in 4*-5* star hotels. I have something to compare with, because I used to stay in a nearby town in a well-known chain hotel. I was better here. Only for a very affordable price. The staff is cool, the breakfasts are delicious, and especially the coffee. The view from the room is beautiful. The location is better not to find. I will definitely come back!

The service was nice. The staff were nice too. The view was amazing from the 10th floor. I also wasn’t hurried out of my room when I wanted to stay extra and I appreciated that.

ItalyI had a wondrtful stay for 2 nights. Great value for money and the location is absolutely superb, right in the center of Saint Julians and close to restaurants and shopping malls. All the staffs are very helpful and they work at their very best. I appreciate very much that the hotel is very environmentally consciou for not providing excessive towels and encouraging guests to reuse them if possible, because every effort makes a difference! Again many thanks for the hospitality!

CroatiaIf your room faces the street and you are on the second floor, it can be quite noisy till the morning hours, since there is a cafe next to the hotel. The room is bellow average, dirty curtains in the room, bad mattress on the bed. The bathroom was a disaster. Broken tap, stains on the toilet seat, wobbly towel rack, wobbly toothbrush holder, no shelves to store things....breakfast nothing special.
Location ok. The only good thing is the friendly staff.

Went back to my room angry and all of a sudden they had pillows for us and they cleaning rooms every 2 days not every day like mlevery better hotel and when they do cleaning they just do the bed(but with same sheets we slept for 2 days) Thirdly, for a 4* hotel the breakfast is to small and has very little to offer, expected more from food and variety.Location is good but stuff and hotel are not worthing 4 stars more like 2...Stay away from this hotel in Malta
