The hotel is in an excellent location, in the very center of the city. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the reception. We will come back! :)

Nothing that I didn’t like.

I liked the friendliness and generosity of the reception staff. I was on my solo travel and these guys made it feel like home away from home. To name the staff, I really enjoyed fun chats with Lara (so humble and empathetic), Marcos (the jolliest multilingual guy), and not forget Mr. Polite-Nana from Ghanaaaa! The cleaning guys were very humble too! I m surely going to keep coming back to this property!

The room could have had a fridge in such hot weather or a table on the terrace. It would have thrown a lot in the room comfort. The quality of the cleaning wasn't the best, the bathroom was dirty after the cleaning procedure.

The breakfast was good and it was in reasonable price, but it does not included in the booked price. This was mentioned also in the reservation. The location of the hotel was good and the staff was also really flexible and kind.

It's 's very closed with the street of nightlife, where music is played loudly on the street the whole night. The room was comfortable but the furniture were old; they need to be renovated.

I liked the swimming pool and the kind and helpful staff. The position is wonderful, A good balance between price and quality.

The elevator was scary ahahaha I almost got stuck a couple of times

Great location, cost effective, friendly staff. Cleaners came every day and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was basic but great shower pressure and clean.

It has a lot of noise because of the clubs and bars that are nearby the hotel so we didn’t have good sleep until their closure at night (especially on weekends when more people hanging out).

Very good location. Close to the bus station (5’ on foot) where you can take a bus to all island’s areas. Really polite and helpful staff. The breakfast is very good and it has everything you need. We had a room with view to the pool and the sea so it was very beautiful.

- Pool itself was Not clean (I assume it will be clean for peak season) - shower was terrible, a bath with the shower head positioned in the middle of the bath. - we were on the top floor, and the lift was out of order or took too long to come on many occasions

- for the area, I would say good value for money, as lots of other places were significantly more expensive - some rooms were eligible for early check-in, which was nice considering we arrived at 9am. Bags were also stored until we checked in. - staff were generally helpful - Pool area was big - the rooms were spacious, with huge terraces. - cleaners were in twice changing towels & making beds - Basic toiletries were provided

Was close to the shops, pubs, restaurants. The manager was very nice and offered us another room due to no hot water.

The hotel needs renovation and the soundproofing is not very good. But the pricing is unmatched so you have to be lucid and make concessions on certain criteria. I think the hotel is better suited to groups of friends or visitors who want to party during their stay.

Located in Paceville/St Julian’s it is ideal if you want to party at night. There is also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was really clean and the housekeeping was done everyday. The staff was really nice and helpful. Réception is open 24hrs. Overall very good for money.
