Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe only thing that felt somewhat troublesome was the sink in the bathroom, slightly too little. But it’s really a minor detail that doesn’t really disturb the overall experience.
Beautiful!! A lovely płace to stały at. You get to experience the story of the place, associated with the history of Nadur. The overall interior, the limestone and the care for details is just stunning. Lovely patio to enjoy your breakfast and chill at in the afternoons. Service and hospitality top notch. If you’re not after partying all night long, but instead look for a place to relax in a genuine and gorgeous place, this is the spot for you!!

LithuaniaThere was nothing we didn't like. We felt like at home in this place.
This place was amazing!! Very highly recommended. An ancient house with a lot of history, it was fantastic to be living in such a mansion. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable, every detail was thought of by the host. Delicious breakfast was included and we could order it from the menu in advance. There's also a cute inner yard with vegetable garden where you can sit and chill. The host contacted us before we arrived and was very helpful and responsive so we had no issues at all with checking in, checking out, getting around, etc. In addition everyone were really friendly, they brought us a breakfast with a candle after having learnt that it was our birthday! Nadur was a really nice town to stay in, there are many buses to other places in Gozo, it's near the Ramla beach and very quiet. The B&B was close to some nice restaurants and the main city square. Our experience here was superb :)

MaltaI would absolutely recommend this place to others. This fully renovated farmhouse is a little gem with a lot of character with small beautiful details. The rooms are comfortable and very charming. The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help and spoil guests with a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. This place is also in a strategic position, very close to the most beautiful Gozitan beaches.

AustraliaYou have to be very comfortable with the person you're travelling with if you're booking the queen room. The toilet and shower is in the room, separated by a curtain. Not a bad thing, but just something to be aware of!
Amazing staff, so hospitable and welcoming. We only had one night here but would love to stay here again. Nearby the town and very easy to find parking right in front of the accommodation if you're driving in Gozo.

United StatesHonestly nothing outright, maybe the church bells that go off on the hour next door at the church that ping like every 20 seconds on the hour, but that's just a funny hazard of staying in Malta
Breakfast was delicious - I loved the options, and appreciated the local insights! The renovations and history for the place were wonderful. I loved the accommodations, everything was exactly as advertised, the host was kind, helpful, supportive, an accommodating.

United KingdomThis place is a must if you are going to Gozo! It has been an amazing stay for me and my partner. We love the little cute and peaceful town where the farmhouse is. Rodrick is an amazing host, really friendly and helpful. The farmhouse itself is also very unique and full of story. The bedroom we stay in is the newer part of the property with 200 years history, it's very cozy and beautiful. We only stayed 1 night and we are definitely going back again!

New ZealandWell, where to begin. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Angele and Rodrick in their beautiful, 400 year old authentic maltese home. Such a stunning building, renovated with lots of attention to detail and craftsmanship. The thick limestone walls are paired with lots of wooden features, an iron wrought staircase and a 200 year old organ on the second floor. It feels like living in a well decorated mansion/monastery. My room was very spacious and beautifully done. There are welcome presents in form of local cookies and some complimentary water and lots of toiletries as well as free coffee/tea and crisps in the breakfast room. It felt like staying in a royal estate and Angele and Rodrick went out of their way to accommodate their guests wishes. They even bought soy milk and made a special vegan breakfast platter especially for me. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable on what to do while on Gozo. The communication was easy and they always replied quickly. I can not recommend them highly enough. My stay with them was definitely the highlight of my trip to Gozo.
