United KingdomThere was nothing with the apartment, or the service from our hosts, that I would fault. The only issue is that next door they are finishing off a new block of apartments which used up the parking directly outside. This was only a minor inconvenience as free on-street parking was always available within 75m of the apartment.
The apartment was first class. Located on the 3rd floor, serviced by a lift. Check-in was superb. Including updates from the about keycode, early check-in if needed, the instructions included a video to show the entrance and the key box. Upon arrival, we were surprised how large the apartment was. Open plan, living, dining, kitchen and 3 good sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite. In the living area, sofa for 4 or 5 and a large TV, on one wall a desk with a large monitor provided. Even little details, like plug adapters have been thought of. Front and rear balconies, gave some outdoor space. Nice touches included; bottled water and tea and coffee provided by the hosts. The kitchen wanted for nothing, fully equipped with quality cutlery, crockery, glassware and appliances. Plumbing and hot water all worked well. Every room has air-conditioning, but as we visited in January this was not used. This was a proper home from home. We even had a full range of TV channels, which I would not normally consider necessary, however, we wanted to watch the England vs Ireland rugby match and were able to find a broadcaster.

We stayed, as two couples, at the KIMRAY apartment for the first week of December. Our very positive experience with dealing with KIMRAY started before we even arrived in Malta. All communications were conducted at a very professional level. I have never received such detailed and useful information. This is extremely useful when arriving in unfamiliar surroundings and removes any uncertainty after a long journey. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a well equipped and comfortably furnished apartment and would easily have accommodated more than the four in our party. With two bathrooms and three bedrooms we had more than enough room to relax in. It is always a bonus to be able to enjoy the holiday accommodation, even if the main goal is to spend time out and about exploring and enjoying what Malta has to offer. I do not hesitate in recommending the KIMRAY apartments to anyone planning a visit in Malta. You can be assured of a comfortable stay and with Kim providing professional and courteous support you can focus on enjoying all Malta has to offer.

LatviaThis apartment is marvellous! We stayed here with my husband on our honeymoon trip around Malta for 4 nights. We were greeted with complimentary champagne, chocolates, and a heartfelt personalised card with wishes from the host, which made this stay sweet, memorable, and special. The apartment is sparkling clean, subtle home fragrances create a pleasant ambience. It is spacious, light, and beautifully decorated. The apartment has everything one could wish for. The kitchen is very well equipped. The large TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus, so after a day of exploring, you can treat yourself to a movie night. Shops are very close, so is town centre, sea front, bus stops, St. Thomas beach and coastal trails with fantastic scenery. The communication with the host was very pleasant. I had forgotten to update my card details on Booking and the payment didn't go through, but the host kindly made the apartment available to me to book again for the price I originally booked it for. Thank you 🙏☺️

HungaryThe grill was the only thing that could have been cleaner, but I wouldn't be able to point out anything else to be improved even if I'm being pressed.
The flat was nice and clean, well maintained. It had everything we needed. There are shops and nice restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The bus terminal is also nearby. We've found all the information in the provided booklets.

SlovakiaThe apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything looks as in the photos and actually even better. The apartment is very spacious and perfectly clean, The host Kim is very kind and helpful. In the apartment you will find everything you need, even if you decide for a longer stay. We really felt like at home there. It's close to the beach or to the charming promenade with lots of restaurants - all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would be happy to return again. I can't think of a better choice.

PolandLocation might be the only downside due to constant construction nearby but it seems this happens in a lot of places across Malta.
We stayed at the apartment in a 3 people group (2 adults + 1 child). The place is huge and I would highly recommend going with at least 4 or more people. It has 4 separate AC units, two toilets, 3 bedrooms (if that is not clear from the description of the apartment or photos). It was super clean when we arrived. The owner(s) is very communicative and proactive while not being overbearing. Instructions on everything connected with the apartment (including youtube videos!) are super easy to follow. We were very happy with our stay and can definitely recommend KimRay Boutique Apartment!
