We got in touch to ask about dairy-free options for the breakfast and, although we knew there would be limited options, we were told there would be plant-based milk available but unfortunately there wasn't. Cereal and water isn't very tasty! It's a small thing and hasn't put us off coming to stay again but would appreciate having the option next time. Thanks!

WiFi was mixed and could. Have done with a bar or some shared activities, not the easiest place to meet other solo travellers. Perfect for group travel though.

The "band" of roosters in the neigherhood they tend to wake you up early in the morning 😱😅😂🤣😂😂 Personally I started to use ear-plugs - it solved the problem. There is really nothing I could put here and my stay was trully great 👌👌

It was great (32nights) holiday! Very professional but also nice people work there👌 Breakfast is exceptional, always fresh and you can eat as much as you want. There is plenty to choose from! During my stay there were new kitchen appliances added to already well equipped ped kitchen. Things like blender, rice cooker ect. The organization or food storage is great. You can cook and bake if you wish. The beds are solid and stable with curtains that give you privacy. To my surprise they change bed linens and towels quite often 💥 There is plenty of common space to socialize but also cozy spots for some solitude if you need it ☮😎 In case of issue hostel employees will provide solutions. Close to bus stops, stores, cafes and restaurants.

I had a great time at the Follow the sun hostel. The staff was very helpful and facilities were great. The hostel was very clean and spacious. Brekfast included in the stay was a great bonus and it had a great selection of things to choose from. Highly recommend for any travelers!

There’s nothing to complain about here.

Absolutely stunning location, lovely and helpful staff. It was very clean and cleaners work hard and come everyday. Very convenient location within St Julian’s and near to bus stops and eateries. The hostel has a wonderful energy and lots of creative people around, I was able to watch a magnificent wall mural being painted which added to the whole experience!

sometimes problems with joining to WI-FI. The staff could not explain why. However While joined, the connetion remained stable and efficient. Sleeping rooms rather crowded and filled with heavy, humid air smelling with wet towels (perghaps ventilation would work better), but it is very litte downside.

Perfect localization, well commuted with the rest of the island with public transport. Despite being in the town cenre, I was feeling like in a village are (cock-a-dodle-doo in the morning: unforgetable) Friendly and helpful staff. Spacy comon space kitchen: perfectly equipped, though in rusch hours little crowdy. Breakfast: basic, but tasty, healthy and sufficient.

Nothing, really. Although I was in a room with 12 people, everyone was considerate and I had really good sleep.

I had a wonderful time at Follow the Sun. The breakfast was a nice feature, beds were great, and the location was excellent. The best was all the great people I met through this hostel. I would love to go again and stay here.

Nothing really except for the distance maybe? It’s a little bit far from valleta and mdina which may take 40mins to 1 hour travel time but it’s also a nice location away from the city.

Everything! They provide towel and breakfast for such an affordable price. They also have a kitchen with kitchen equipments you can freely use. Lastly, they provide sockets for other plugs which is a great help.
