A building site was directly in front of our room, which causes noisy mornings. The air-conditioning system is also loud. It would be nice to also have an electrical socket / an adapter for E -type, Schuko or C-type plug.

the air conditioning was positioned in front of the bed, the noise from other people in the same floor and other rooms, and the fact that the shower wasn’t working very well.

The room size, the proximity to the bus stop and to paceville and the fact that it had door opening with card. Also they cleaned the room everyday.

I was very impressed with the very smart modern decor of the room . It was very clean and a lovely fresh smell of the bedding! The room had excellent air conditioning and had a good comfortable sleep. I would definitely recommend your hotel and mention the very helpfull friendly staff on the front desk and very nice lady serving breakfast and 👍🙂

This is one of the best hotels I've visited. Every request was met with so much helpfulness. The staff is extremly kind and helpful. Room was very clean. We planned to check in before midnight, but our flight got delayed and our question as to if we can check in after midnight was responded in minutes that the reception is open 24 hours. They were extremly eager to please when I changed the meathod od payment. We didn't have a charger adapter so a lady from the kitchen kindly lended us hers. she also helped us find an electronics store where we could buy an adapter.

The hotel is nice but a bit soulless. Small balcony faced the well at the back (1st floor), so I didn't get too much light - maybe it is better on higher floors. I had very noisy neighbours who sat outside until late and were very loud. One morning I found broken glass on my balcony - I reported this to the reception and it was quiet ever since (either they told the troublesome guests off or the guests just left). My bathroom was huge, almost as big as the room (I had a room for the disabled, probably that's why), but there was nothing to put your toiletries on, no cabinet, no shelf, only window sills.

The hotel is new, the price seemed fair. The location worked for me - in the centre of St. Julian's, with good access to public transport. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice.

The only aspect is that the price is excesive for a tiny hotel with normal amenities. I would rate this as a great 3 star hotel honestly so the price of 110eur per night seems too much for me…80eur would have been a more accurate price point

The hotel and staff were great. Location is good but a bit inconveniant to get to Valetta. It’s very lively in the weekends. Clean, good amenities. Good breakfast!

the hotel room was beautiful, modern and spacious! it was also very clean. it looks exactly like the pictures which was great. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were kind and location was absolutely perfect. The only thing is we were on the second floor so our view wasn’t great but honestly it’s okay as they were fully booked up. Next time i would love to stay on the 10th floor! but overall the hotel was great value for money, and exceeded expectations.

Ivy hotel is a very clean, central and with very helpful staff. It is also good value for money. I been in this hotel a few times before, cos I like it. There is also a bustop around the corner from the Hotel.

The room was quite big, was cleaned everyday and the staff helped when it was needed. They allowed us to leave our personal belongings at the breakfast area and till the time of our flight's departure.
