The biggest concern was the continuous noise - this hotel is located in a district where a new part of the city is being built, right next to and opposite the hotel. This means that earliers at 7:00 AM in the morning they start to work. Moreover there are a couple of bars and small restaurants nearby which cause additional noise in the evening too. But this is not the hotel's fault and hopefully within 1-1,5 months the situation will be better there. The other issue is more technical, the air condition is pretty useless in the room since this is located in front of the bed and the angle of the fan cannot be changed, so during the night with 25-27 °C outside the only way to sleep is to keep the balcon door open - having the pretty noisy neighbours outside.

The location of the hotel is ideal since the nearest bus stop is located at the end of the street. The room was nice and cozy, it is more than enough for two person even for a longer stay. The hotel staff was nice and helpful in all cases.

All was more than great, considering that the hotel is 3-star and all was beyond good and 'as described' and way better than in some 4-star hotels in Malta.

Just one word "Excellent" The receptionist is so helpful and answered allour questions with a beautiful smile on her face. The room is so clean and beautiful and is air conditioned. Its just 500 metres away from Paceville which is the party place with lots of bars. I give 10/10 for this hotel and the location. I am so happy that I chose to stay here.

1. AC is right in front of the bed - you can move beds more aside and will be fine 2. Can be a bit noisy, as there is construction all around malta, so be ready for it

All was nice, hotel rooms are really fresh. Staff - amazing. Breakfast was good as well. My AC was doing creepy sounds - staff moved me to another room - no probs

it has nothing to do with the hotel, but the area around became a huge construction site and it’s quite noisy from early in the morning.

Only one recommendation would be to have an actual room where stayers can leave their luggage/belongings in cases of having a late flight , given check out is 11am. This would make all the difference.

For the price a lovely stay, hotel room was a good size along with the balcony. Room cleaned well and regularly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful/accommodating and quick with helping us answer any queries. Plus reception is open 24 hours. Easy to navigate. Fantastic location in terms of transport, restaurants and beaches.
