From the minute we checked in, we was made so welcome and this continued throughout our stay. Every single member of staff had excellent customer service. Onsite facilities (we used...) were clean and a great standard. Roof top pool was amazing.. superb views! If you stay here, you have to go to Zest too. Unreal food! Will definitely return!

There was nothing really that we didn't like, we were a little taken aback by a very strong garlic smell in the corridor of our room when we arrived - we think it was coming up from the restaurant but this was only for the first night and wasn't an issue.

The hotel was ideally located to get around Malta. St Julians is also a pleasantly bustling town, plenty of good restaurants, bars and gelato stalls. The hotel room was large and clean. It had a substantial balcony area. great to sit out on in the evening - though it did look out into other hotels / buildings. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a harbour view, but as the room was only a base we didn't take that option up. Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was very nice - sausages (in a Richmond rather than hot dog style), bacon, hashbrowns, beans, eggs plus the normal continental options. The rooftop bar was a treat, prices had the normal hotel premium but not extortionate. Bus stops to Valletta / Sliema / Hop on & off tours right outside the hotel.

You can get anywhere on the island using the buses that stop outside the hotel. TD13 bus takes 20 to Valetta for connections to the south of the Island.

Comfortable large junior suite, excellent sound-proofing in room on 5th floor. Hotel in good location to access all areas of Malta. Good selection of food for breakfast.

A big wedding party made it v noisy and busy at the pool for a couple of days. Lots of drilling in the area

I was there for 6 nights, and only had one little bottle of water that given at the start of my stay. Given how hot it was, it would have been lovely to have the water refreshed every day.

The air conditioning vent blows directly into the bed without the possibility of regulating it, which can be a bit annoying for some people. Moving the location of the bed can improve this.

Very neat hotel with well soundproofed rooms. There are no noises during the night, except for a slight noise from the air conditioning ventilation. This noise is very soft compared to other hotels' vents which tend to be loud. The breakfast is very complete and well prepared, clean. The restaurant has very good food for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended. Well located with restaurants, grocery and shopping mall nearby.

The shower rose was faulty and was addressed immediately but malfunctioned again on our second day.

Room was a good size. We were given a free room upgrade which was newly renovated. View was spectacular.
