We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

MaltaThere was nowhere to open one's luggage in the smaller bedrooms, that was a bit uncomfortable. And the water mixer in our shower tended to slowly drop and close the water so you had to hold it while showering. The living room is so large that the tv is quite far from the sofa or perhaps it is a bit small for the size of room. But overall I would still return.
Location and view were perfect, the place was very comfortable for my father who has mobility issues as it is all on one level. The ensuites are perfect so we didnt share any bathrooms. The kids and some adults loved the ice maker in the fridge. Parking is super easy and always found parking in front of the house, we had three cars in total. I would certainly recommend or return.

Very comfortable bed, beautiful views and nice outdoor pool area with artificial grass , great for kids. Fridge with ice maker!

The place was super clean and really comfortable. We stayed for just 1 night and we really enjoyed it. The terrace is amzing especially the view. Would totally recommend.

MaltaEverything was a bit shabby and bear. The outdoor area had a number of broken items, rusty areas. Indoor area was mostly clean but needs refurbishment. The baby crib was old and hazardous. The electricity went out on our last night cause the meter ran out. The wifi went at a point. Everything was a little lacking.
