United KingdomWe had a wonderful stay in March 2025. Location was very convenient, close to ferry, shops, great restaurants and we have to mention a lovely view of Valletta. Breakfast provided good options of warm/english breakfast and also Mediterranean options + freshly made cakes/croissants etc...plenty for everyone to enjoy. Staff were fantastic, went out and above, so thank you! Our room was spacious, with a sofa bed made for our son. The room was cleaned to perfection every morning. The only slightly negative comment - the noise from the street, but this affected only me as I am a very light sleeper. However, this was not a deal braker as my family did not mind. We would definitely stay in the hotel again. Thank you for looking after us, we truly enjoyed it!

GermanyA little thing for improvement: there was only shower gel and soap provided. I expected a shampoo as well, unfortunately there was none. The walls are probably relarively thin, so you could hear your neighbours watching TV and talking late at night (but I am also a sensitive sleeper :) ).
Very clean and modern hotel. The location - great (all the bus stops, ferries). Perfect full breakfast for every taste and diet - really great! You can regulate the temperature in the room yourself, so it was perfect! The staff - amazingly helpful and friendly.

ItalyUnfortunately the people from the room downstairs were in the mood to party on Saturday night (which I can understand...): they kept on partying on the balcony with loud music and voices from 3 to 6 in the morning and that made it impossibile for me to sleep. That would have made no big difference to me if only I wouldn't have had my flight back home the following night (delayed) and then a 2 hour drive to reach my home... I had a really hard time getting back home with no sleep!
Spacious and modern room, very nicely furnished and fitted with coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, TV, safe and mini-fridge. Large third bed. Breakfast with a good choice of salted and sweet food: toasted bread, croissants, cannoli, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit juice, coffe/tea, cheese, cold cuts and hot food. The hotel is in a strategic position, close to ferry and bus stops, shops, bars, restaurants and the sea-promenade that overlooks Valletta. You can also easily walk around Sliema or reach Saint Julian on foot.

PolandLipton tea for breakfast (and in the room) is the cheapest choice. In a hotel like that you should have a better brand. If you stay for longer than a few days, the breakfast buffet starts to get boring. Some years ago the buffet was better- scrambled eggs (real not artificial) and fried eggs are missing. Bed mattresses should be changed, they are far too soft.
Great location and nice staff ready to help. Big thanks to Diego at the front desk for his helpful advice. The rooms are clean, modern and -if you book a superior- very spacious. Be aware that not every balcony is a real balcony with a view. It really makes sense to book a superior room in the highest floor. If you are the first time in Malta, Mr Todd hotel is a great place to start your stay, close to ferry, shops, bus stops, Valletta etc.
