United KingdomMsida itself is going through a major renovation in the centre. When finished, I am sure it will be lovely. At the moment, although there are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops, Msida does not have the vibrant bar culture of Sliema or St Julian's. This didn't bother us but it is best to understand.
The apartment is as described. Everything was clean and fresh. Chose this apartment because of the rather grim description of many apartments in Valetta and the choice of a modern, clean apartment was justified. Excellent cooking and laundry facilities. Very quiet area of Msida. There are several corner shops and takeaway/restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes walk. The balcony on the penthouse was a lovely suntrap - it would be even better if some recliners were provided. The bus stop at Kullegg is two minutes walk and buses to Valetta come with great frequency during day and into evening. In the opposite direction, you can travel to Sliema and St Julian. Overall a lovely apartment and good value for money. The management team were helpful in supporting us to arrange a Christmas lunch.

The apartment was clean 5/5, facilities 5/5 with no problems about water or wi fi, the host was helpful, nice balcony, 5/5 for location too, very quiet and close to everything that you need.

United KingdomWhilst the accommodation is of a good standard the property lacks character and feels very plain. The TV is too small to be seen from the couch, the chairs at the dining table were rock hard and the couch/sofa bed was uncomfortable. This meant for me that I only really used the bedroom/bathroom of the property which was a shame.
The property was clean, the entrance to the property was well maintained, well lit and tidy. The property has everything you need with the kitchen and utensils etc. The staff were quick to respond when I had a question.

PolandNo hanger in the hallway and a shelf for shoes. For a 2-week stay, there could be more than 2 dishwasher tablets. To fully enjoy - it would be good to complete the tea/coffee cups (there were only 2) and add a colander.
My first stay in Malta, so I have no reference to others on the island. The apartment is equipped with many things useful for everyday life (washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, clothes dryer, oven, microwave, large fridge). The kitchen, moreover, equipped with pots, plates, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener. etc. Nicely decorated, clean. In the living room a large table with chairs. One air conditioning in the living room ( living room is combined with the kitchen) and another in the bedroom. Very good contact with the owner, who responds quickly if anything happens. In the living room smart TV with Netflix. Very good Wi-Fi. The view from the balcony is average but in line with the offer of the object, so you can bring your laundry. The neighborhood is not one of the most beautiful, however, it is very close to the Kulleg and Msida bus stops, where we have very good transport to most places on the island. This is very important if you intend to travel around Malta by bus. It is very easy to get to Valetta (10 minutes). It is a 10-minute walk to Lidl.

BulgariaAt check-in, we did not find instructions and did not receive any online, for turning on the water heater, internet password and setting up the TV, which had no connection to TV programs and could only be viewed for free on YouTube. No adapters were provided for electrical appliances such as iron, hair dryer, bedside lamps, toaster. The plugs of the appliances in the apartment were incompatible with the electrical sockets, which were English standard, and we could not use them without an adapter. We had one and after I informed the owner, it was not provided to us until the end of the stay.
The apartment is spacious, bright, has all amenities for both short-term and long-term stays. The location is good, 4 minutes from many bus stops for different destinations. It was clean. Although the weather was hot, the air conditioners cooled the rooms very well.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner (we had one little issue at the beginning of the stay which was resolved immediately). Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay near Valetta.

All that you can need is available, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, water cooker, toaster, even emergency lighting. Bed is very comfortable and plenty of storage space. Spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

UkraineIt's hard to find the entrance to the building. The district around the building smells bad. Wifi didn't work and it was not fixed during my stay in the apartments. Although the password was promised to be send in additional message, I was in need to call the manager to receive the password to the apartments. And couple things related to Malta not the apartments. It's hard to find parking slot. All electric plug-ins are UK type so you need adapter.
The manager responded quickly and tried to do his best to fix issues. He told me how to use UK plug-ins with my EU charger.

RomaniaThe location is not very good, there is garbage lying around the neighbourhood and smell of garbage in the building. The cleaners are terrible. First, we asked for an early check in, since we landed in Malta around 7 am and the check in hour was at 15,00. Not only we did not get any kind of early check in on the account of the apartament being cleaned, but the cleaning wasn’t done - the bathroom was really dirty - shower and mirror and sink. We asked for them to be properly cleand, and the first cleaner said they are perfect and the walls of the shower are opaque. They weren’t opaque, they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Ben sent us somebody else to clean the next day, and they became see through, as they were intended to be by the manufacturers. The mirror became spot free. But only after a day of stay. The dishes were also dirty from previous tenants- cups, glasses, all the pots and the only existing pan. Ben replaced the dirty caps, and tried to replace the pan, but the new one wasn’t fit for an induction hub - which is what it is in the apartment- so it could be used. As a result, I couldn’t cook at all during our stay. I don’t think anyone can cook there from now on, either, as all the pots and the pan are still very dirty, not being cleaned by the cleaning staff. Also, the inside of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, probably from the time they were first put on the wall. Ben said the building was new, being finished only 6 months ago. In conclusion, the apartment in itself would be a great stay, if the cleaning crew would do their job. But with the current way of cleaning, I wouldn’t go back. The communication with Ben and with the property has been decent. They answered, not always fast, but they answered. Ben tried to help with the cleaning process, but I guess it wasn’t up to him all the time.
The apartament în itself is new since the building is pretty new, too. It is also large and beautiful.
