Very large and comfortable bed. The hotel was very central, close to the main streets and bus station. Very good breakfast. Nice terrace with a view of Valletta.

The hotel restaurant is not open in the evening, but there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The location is great for Valletta and bus travel in Malta. The place is quiet. The breakfast is excellent, except for the coffee, but there is a coffee machine with capsules in the room. The room is large, as is the bathroom.

Not a problem but just be aware that the pool is very small and unheated, though it is a pleasant little roof terrace. We did have to ask for our sheets to be changed when we found a blood stain on them (not fresh, the sheets had been washed) but still unpleasant.

Very pleasant hotel, nicely situated in a quiet side street off the Main Street of Valletta. Decent breakfast and well equipped rooms.

Room size varies, no AC in the spring meant some warm nights. Some rooms and the gym had a bit of a damp smell.

Our seccond time of staying at the Osborne. May only be a 3-star hotel but punches above its weight. Comfortable bed, well-appointed room. Hotel has a gym and a small pool and terrace on the roof. Staff are efficient and welcoming. Buffet breakfast, as many reviewers have commented, is extensive and delicious. Well above average. Excellent bar for an evening nightcap. Quiet location but a matter of minutes from central shopping/ hospitality area.

Nothing, all was perfect. We were even upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor, which was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was in an excellent location for walking around the old city of Valetta. It was also near the Bus Station and restaurants.

The hotel is perfect located in the center of Valletta, at walking distance from all the main attractions. Easy to find it. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially Robert, the receptionist, who gave us a lot of value information about the city attractions and arranged our transfer to the airport. The room was big and clean, the hotel seems to be old but in a good shape, well decorated and welcoming. The breakfast was more than enough. The price was fair. A nice place to remember.

My husband was recovering from a serious illness during the winter and this was our first trip away in six months. As we know the Osborne having stayed there previously we considered it would be the ideal place for us and we were not mistaken. The location is perfect, so near to all amenities, yet so quiet We took advantage of the comfort of the hotel, the elegant lounge, the beautiful bedroom and the roof terrace then went for short strolls round the city. We have been to Malta 20 plus times so this year no need to go charging around sightseeing though we had some lovely meals at our favourite restaurants and went to two recitals. The staff at the Osborne are wonderful, kind and caring, yet never "in your face", and as for the breakfasts - well they are the best we have ever had when on holiday and the staff were super efficient in such a quiet way.

The air conditioner is centrally controlled (was during our stay), so we had to leave the windows open to cool the room.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable night sleep. The hotel is located close to the city gates, close to all the amenities and bus terminal, but out of the way so it isn't noisy come nightfall. Breakfast offers hot and cold options, with some pastries and desserts too. The room was large and comfortable, with daily housekeeping offered.

We first got checked into a small room which had not been cleaned. When we went back to reception to let them know they quickly gave us a cleaned, upgraded room. Was a very nice, quiet hotel with an amazing breakfast, nice bar and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a great location, an excellent breakfast, and a wonderful staff. However, my check-in was delayed by 35 minutes as the room was not ready at 14:00. I also requested a double blanket instead of a single one, but this was not accommodated. Additionally, I asked for my room to be cleaned after the first night, but when I returned from a long day, I found it had not been serviced—water bottles and coffee capsules were also missing.
