Very good, central location, just a few steps away from bars and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay and would go back at any time.

As we left early we were unable to have the breakfast that was included in our rate. It would have been good if an alternative had been offered. There was only one soft pillow, when we both wanted one.

Good size room with nice decor and furnishings. Very comfy bed. Quiet. The hotel bar is lovely and the common areas are attractive. We like that it is consistently good; we have stayed several times.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable (quite hard) and the duvet/comforter felt icky. It was warm enough that I could take it off and use just the top sheet - but would not have been comfortable using the duvet provided if it had been colder.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was a nice treat every morning. Lovely mix of hot and cold items (and a bit of bubbly to have a morning mimosa!). Nice location for access to Valletta, as well as the main bus terminal. About a 10 minute walk, and you have buses that can take you all over Malta to explore - easy logistics.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

Perfect location, close to the bus station for the airport and very close to the main pedestrian street and the most important tourist attractions. Many restaurants on the hotel street. The room (6th floor) offered an amazing view to the city and the sea; it was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, including vegetarian food. Above all, the whole staff - from the hotel general manager to reception desk and all other employees - was full of solicitude, ready to help and assist with any request. A very good value for money!

A minor issue for me was the shower head was located low and over a (lovely deep) bath which I found a little difficult to get in and out of and water went over the toilet and floor. Maybe some rooms have a walk in shower.

The hotel organised transport to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate. They also booked last minute tickets for us to visit The Hypogeum - and extremely helpful with information of where and how to get around. The hotel was well located on the outer of the old town to easy to walk around. Our room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast had vast selections and very tasty.

The aircon is centrally controlled and it was making the room uncomfortably warm, so had to switch it off, but room felt very stuffy and was street facing, which was already so noisy, that sleeping with the window open wasn't an option.

The hotel is in a great location. Our room had a private balkony with a view in a cute road. It was super clean and we were surprised that they cleaned it every day! We also liked the breakfast, everything was tasty. The staff was professional, especially the kind lady that welcomed us, she presented to us the city attractions and gave us very positive energy. I highly recommend it.

Housekeeping was erratic: cleaning was not always thorough and items for tea and coffee were not replaced. Poor quality main window let in water and wind during a storm. Glass bathroom door let in light from bathroom window in early morning.

One of the staff, a young lady with black curly hair at reception, was particularly friendly and jolly. The other staff were all fine but could have been a bit more smiley.
