There really isn't anything negative to say about our stay. We enjoyed everything. It seems that there is some internal dissatisfaction amongst the staff, but it didn't affect the level of service.

Situated just a short walk from the city gate, but in a quieter area, the Osborne Hotel impressed me right from the start. We were warmly welcomed and assisted with any additional requests we had. The concierge booked an early morning airport transfer for us and printed out our boarding passes. The rooms were small but elegant and well-equipped. We were lucky enough to have a room with a French doors and a small balcony. The overall impression of the hotel is tasteful and elegant, and the Blue Bar offers a very comfy spot to enjoy a nightcap or two. The breakfast spread was more than sufficient and also included Prosecco.

My window was overlooking a power generator/AC so it was quite noisy. Really pity because otherwise would be possible to sleep with open windows. The bed was a bit too hard for me.

Good internal soundproofing, nice location close to everything but in quiet street, very good breakfast with some daily variations.

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful . It was also very close to all to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend. Although the pool was quite small it was just lovely to be able to take a dip and relax around the pool.

The standard rooms are big enough if you spend only a short time there but they lack space in the bathroom. Toilet is literally on top of the basin so no room to move. We had to ask for a bigger room. Not enough space to place to big suitcase down.

It is very central to the city and in walking distance to pubs and restaurants and the main shopping area. Close proximity to get the site seeing buses from the waterfront. Friendly people everywhere and can speak English which helps. Concierge services were great especially Michael who organised food for us as we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was also very nice and friendly staff. Rooms come with hairdryer and AC which you will need as it is extremely hot even at night time. Swimming pool on top of roof has a nice view over some part of the city and its nice to have a drink up there in the evening. No swimming atfter 6pm though. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The size of the room. Only place to sit was the bed as the only other chair - a dining chair was wedged into the corner. There may be other rooms that are bigger.

The breakfast was lovely. The pool was good although only 6 loungers and they were mostly taken. The location was great.

the location is excellent. close to ferry, bus terminals, main streets and harbour. nice breakfast every day and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.
