the hotel is in an excellent location shop. the staff is very kind and helpful shop. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. i recommend the hotel. ideal for exploring malta.

The location is perfect, because you are on 3 minutes walk from every important sightseeing place in Valletta. The staff is extremely polite and are of great help. The room was exactly as we reserved, with a magnificent view of the city with a lot of space. I really recommend this hotel to couples who want to travel.

Could do with some more gluten free options at breakfast

Stayed here before and was not let down the second time. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view from our room. We love the location. The breakfast is good & staff are very helpful.

A minor gripe, but in all we were generally happy here; however, Bed/ pillows were very hard with no option to modify. The room temperature was too hot as the AC had been turned off. Left windows open, but not enough to ventilate. Understand this is local winter, but compared to our home location was nice and pleasant temp, so this made our room very hot, surprisingly without any heating. An option to self regulate temp in the room would have been a good option.

The location was perfect for exploring the City, with access to all local restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects, always pleasant and smiling. Room was very clean and well kept.

I could hear the people in the room next to me talking at times but they may have just been very loud. There was sometimes noise which could be heard from outside like the cathedral bells and car sirens but that is to be expected in a city where you are right in the centre. It wasn't all of the evening and didn't happen too late at night so it didn't bother me.

Great location a short walk from Valletta bus station and main streets /city gate (Republic and Strait streets with lots of cafe's, bars, restaurants and some shops). Room was quite big for one person and bathroom had rainfall shower and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can book tours via the hotel if you wish. Breakfast was fantastic with large range of salad items, yogurts, cereal, eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled), bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and more, pasties and cakes, juices and a variety of hot drinks.

The hotel is located in a prime location in the center of Valletta. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff is super kind, smiling and friendly. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for everything!

If I had to find any faults I would say the wait for check-in was a little too long.

What a great find ! Fantastic location, clean and nicely decorated hotel, lovely breakfast, in fact the first hotel I ever stayed in, where Prosecco is served at breakfast for free. We had absolutely insane views from our room on the 6th floor. Bed was very comfortable, room had everything we needed and even dolce gusto coffee machine. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our room 202, on this occasion was smaller than previous rooms but still clean and comfortable. Staff are pleasant and always enjoy a good breakfast.

We have stayed at Osborne Hotel on a number of occasions. We visit our daughter who lives on Gozo around 3 times a year and occasionally stay at the Osborne for our last night for ease of getting back to airport if we have an early flight. It's always clean, comfortable and cosy.

Although not a problem for us as we were only staying over 1 night with hand luggage, if you had 2 suitcases and had the room we had (502) there would be no room to put them. So if you've got 2 suitcases it may be worth stating so when you book so the hotel can provide you with a larger room to make your stay comfortable.

Smooth and friendly check-in as always. The room we stayed in had excellent views over to central Valletta and the bay over to Sliema. It was clean and well maintained, comfy bed, tea and coffee provided, as well as 2 small bottles of water. It was a very quiet room, which we were thankful for as we'd had a long day. We live in Malta so know how noisy it can be, this was a delight! The breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice, practically most things you can think of; fruit, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, pastries, sausages, hash browns, toast, jams, etc etc. The coffee, although from a machine, was excellent, and allows you a choice of different styles. All in all a wonderful stay, which is why we often come here when visiting Valletta.

A great location on the edge of the old town. This is a really special hotel. We had a lovely comfortable room with a beautiful view over Valletta.to the sea. Fabulous friendly, helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel organised our transfers and everything went like clockwork. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a romantic long weekend in Valletta.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. Even though it wasn't cold, it would have been more comfortable. Guests might use air conditioners for heating, especially in the evening and morning. The jogging line in the gym didn't work well, and on the first day, I almost got injured because of that (it stopped in the middle of running). I recommend servicing it regularly.

The property is located in the centre of Valletta, which is an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was amazing. The Internet connection is good, and the hotel has a small but decent gym. The reception service was excellent. Breakfast service is good, even though it might be improved (e.g., I don’t recommend scrambled eggs, but the omelette was decent).

Room on the small side and not as description when booking no bidet and sofa as paid for when we questioned reception after a couple of days they could not move us strait away so we chose not to move at all.
