The hotel is closed area to the main atrractions in the capital. The location is very good, near to the bus station where you can get to the many options of island. Breakfest has many opportiunites. The hotel service can be more try cleaning room better every day.

As soon as we checked in, they gave us a room filled with mould. We couldn't sleep all night. Fortunately the next day we asked to change the room and they did it willingly!

The location of the hotel was perfect. The stuff was kind.

Not really a massive dislike but not having a window to look out of, which was rectified

The location was great for us with a hire car, as there was parking very nearby. We were allocated an internal room to begin with, which was a very comfortable and well prepared and presented but did not have a window The next day we were transferred to the 6th floor a suite overlooking the harbour, and the views were amazing The whole of the staff we had contact with were very good at their jobs and came across professionally The day we were leaving ( 3am) to catch a flight home the hotel provided a takeaway away breakfast for our journey Thank you to all the staff, and the hotel for a memorable visit

Everything. It was perfectly located, near the main square and restaurants, but two streets out so it was really quiet. The room had everything I needed with a comfortable bed and a sea view. The pool although it was small, it was really nice to relax in the afternoon. In front there is a great pizzeria, and the breakfast buffet was very varied. I would definitely would stay again !

Bathroom were small but useful

Everything was perfect. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Next to a public parking. They provide towels for the swimming pool. If you arrive to the hotel after 6pm you should not have problems to find a parking slot in the public parking next to the hotel

Great sized room, heaps of space for two people (loved the small reading area off the main bedroom). Very nice bathroom and good options for breakfast each morning. Located within minutes of all the main walking streets in Valletta. Highly recommend!

It’s a hotel so of course prices are not good as hostels, but you get what you pay for :)

Located in Valletta Old town near the gate, so very easy access to both attractions and the bus terminal. My room has a top-notch view overlooking the huge dome in the Old town. The room was beautiful, clean and well-furnished. Breakfast was great with wide selection of hot food, desserts and drinks (first time seeing prosecco is served during breakfast, which is a plus to me). Staff were friendly and helpful too. Note that you need to pay the city tax by cash.

We left our luggage before check in .We noticed that although the room where the luggage was left is locked ,there is no monitoring regarding the pick up,.The later could have lead to luggage theft from departing customers .

Great location very near to the heart of city center ,however very quiet and Tranquillity. The breakfast was really good offering a great variety of pastries as well. The pool was nice offering relaxation

Loved the location and facilities and it was well air conditioned. Buffet was delicious and variable but would have loved a little more variety each day (it’s the same). But a very lovely and delicious spread.

The Osborne says it's a 3-star hotel, but I disagree. I think it should be a minimum of 4, pushing 4+. The location is wonderful, off a small street away from the noise and crowds, yet near great restaurants, shopping, main sites, the ferry, and the bus station. The breakfast is superb with a huge variety of items, and the breakfast staff is on top of every detail. I was so impressed with their attention to wellness so early in the morning. There's a very cute pool on the top floor, the elevators work fast, and a special thank you to Johanna at the reception for always having a welcome smile. The Osborne is a place I'll return again and again.
