I need gluten free food but I was able to manage with the breakfast selection.

The location was perfect, close to everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was a delicious start each day. We will be back!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about my stay!

Situated just inside the city walls a short walk from the main bus station this was a great location to explore the city of Valletta and beyond. Room was comfortable and very good value for money. Wifi worked well and the USB charging ports built into the plug sockets were very helpful. The self service buffet breakfast was an excellent start to the day. Staff were friendly and helpful

There were a few stains on the furniture in my room and the air con was faulty so was only supplying warm air to the room. The pool could do with being heated especially during the winter months.

The staff at the Osborne Hotel were friendly on check in and greeted us every time we arrived at the hotel which I felt was a nice touch. The rooms were pretty spacious and I liked the addition of the rooftop pool.

Bath slightly on the small side but also comes down to myself being a larger male.

Pretty much everything was amazing and the staff were lovely. Especially Michael who seemed to be doing the night shift. Breakfast was especially good. Delicious garlic mushrooms for breakfast. I'd easily pay €20.00 a head for their breakfast selection.

Sound isolation could be better in rooms. It's not nice to hear when your neighbors are taking shower during a night...

The room has almost no natural light , during the day it was necessary to put the light on, the window it's in a bad position, and I think is the same with most of them. The room it was supposed to be twin...it was a kind of,because those two beds were veeeery close,no room enough to put them apart. Despite of the fact I asked in a several times about the program regarding the New Year Eve Dinner, the answer was quite vague, so , it was just a dinner nothing else, and around 22,30 -11,00 everything was close.

Breakfast - not much to choise but very good. The personal it was nice especially the old receptionist I don't remember his name( sorry for that). Our sitting it was nice and silent. It's our kind of accomodation , vintage decoration.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, only downside if you like your morning coffee the quality from the machine isn’t fabulous You can order for a small fee coffee from the bar or alternatively buy one at one the mainly local coffee shops within a short walk

The location is just perfect to walk around Valletta centre. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. I enjoyed the bath tub, the coffee machine and selection of teas all complimentary.

The breakfast served in the hotel was really great, with many local specialities. Localization of the hotel is perfect, and it offers the lugagge room, which was very convenient.

Only thing to be aware of is the door needed to be manually pulled closed even if it clicked after auto close as it didn't really lock. One other thing, stepping into/out of shower/tub was issue as tub was deep and I am short.

We arrived during the Republic Day celebration. Hotel located a couple of blocks off the main street which was perfect. Far enough away not to be disturbed, close enough to enjoy the celebration. Most everything was in walking distance. The daily breakfast buffet was €12:50. Had pretty much everything you would expect. It was a good way to start the day. Most days we skipped lunch because of the complete breakfast.

Housekeeping forgot a towel once. It was fixed in no time. So nothing.

Location is perfect. Room size is good, bathroom size great. Good AC for heating.

The location is really good. You are very close to all main attractions. Nice and clean room. If I go back to Valetta, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were nice and helpful.

When the door lock AND LATCH on my room failed to catch and hold, leaving the room not just insecure, but unable to be secure, they moved me (well, I had to move my own stuff) to another room. The second room was itself very comfortable, but they didn't (1) reduce my room cost because of the inconvenience nor (2) reduce my room cost because the second room had no view (an air shaft). It was comfortable, but after the superb setting visible from the first room, there is no question but what the second room was significantly less attractive, and should therefore have cost less - for the lack of a view, plus the inconvenience I was put to in having to move everything for my last night there.

In addition to being in a superb location in Valletta, the Osborn had a welcoming staff and very well-appointed rooms. I'd happily stay here again - with one caveat in the other category.
