Tidy up pool area

We have stayed here many times. The location is great - just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bus station. Breakfast is fine but noticed this year that the pool area needed some attention. The water didn’t look clean and the shower was a bit dirty. Would still recommend.

there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom and i found mosquitoes in the room because the window was left open. I’m sure the sewer smell can be fixed.

The room exceeded my expectations, it was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. The bed was also comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly and the location is amazing.

Only minor criticism was poor quality of shower. View from bedroom not great, but we expected that, as we hadn't booked a room with a view! A better selection of fruit at breakfast would have been welcome.

Excellent location, close to city centre but quiet. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Good breakfast. Comfortable, clean room, with plenty of storage space. Rooftop pool, although small, was good for a cooling dip at the end of the day. Overall, extremely good value for money.

The Osborne Hotel is perfectly located in the upper area of Valletta, within easy walking distance of all major sites and local buses. The rooftop pool was a welcome addition to the end of a long hot day and the breakfast each morning was a great start to the day.

Just perfect nothing yo not like.

Location excellent. Facilties and staff first class. Cleanliness A* Great choice of breakfast. Rooms service daily and fresh bottle water is complimentary. Lovely clean roof top relaxation area with pool. Lovely quiet bar in main area.

Nothing, except maybe that I could not get a taxi receipt. However they gave me a handwritten receipt.

Everything was perfect. Really happy with my stay at this hotel. It is very clean, stuff is kind and willing to help. Location is also great.

A bigger pool would have been nice

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The front desk was extremely helpful, giving us advice on what to visit and when. They even helped us get tickets for the Hypogeum when sold out on line

Perfect location, in the heart of La Valletta. This hotel is perfect for sightseeing and not so far from from the boarding point to Sliema. Close to monuments, places of interest, shops and restaurants. BTW we found many vegan friendly places in the nearby like Soul Food, Debono coffe shop, Is suq tal belt food market and all around like Carolina's tea room (Sliema) or Naar (Bolluta bay). Quiet area during the night. The room was comfortable, clean and large. Breakfast in the average. Staff polite and professional. Two thumbs up!

Our room, 102, was immediately above the kitchen, so at 5 am every day, there was quite a bit of noise. I understand that people have to work to provide guests with food, but there seemed to be 2 particular people, 1 male and 1 female who seems incapable of a normal conversation. They would shout to each other, which meant that there was no chance of any sleep after about 5.30 am.

The location was pretty much spot on and the staff were all very helpful and friendly

Good location only 7 minutes from the main Republic Street. Great buffet breakfast with choice of hot food omelettes, sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms or continental. Room good and we had problems with bedside light not working and bathroom waste pop up. Reported it and sorted out same day when we got back.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all of Valletta’s attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated and ours had great views over Sliema harbour and lovely domed cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air condition is a bit strong and loud. Wifi in some parts of the room is very weak.

The location is nice! Quiet, yet still not far from the restaurants and stores. Public areas are neat and well designed. Staff is very helpful. Our room has a view to the sea and the cathedral, we can see sunrise from our balcony!

Nothing negative to report.

The location is excellent, very close walking distance to all sightseeing sights in Valetta and a few good eateries are very close. The room was very comfortable, felt more like a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, it included English breakfast items as well as other food like croissants. The staff were very helpful, among others, they had even arranged my taxi for airport arrival to Malta beforehand.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable (the view was amazing) - the location also was great (they arranged also our transportation to the airport with Simone who was very kind and helpful) thank you !!
