Hotel was premium with excellent facilities at no extra charge Inc indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, aircon, large balcony. Staff where lovely and cleaned the room to an extremely high standard.

Absence of soap in the bathroom, there were just sachets with shower gel and body lotion. Sound isolation could be a bit better.

Very nice staff! Starting with housemaids, ending with receptionists! Comfortable bed, nice view to the pool side.

Shampoos as body wash or do people bath with shampoos nowadays 😅. It’s also loud even if you close windows, but I could manage to sleep

The Breakfast may be upgraded - felt like British Breakfast for every day. Some Mediterranean influence would be appreciated + smoked salmon ;) Facilities & Room kinda was renovated but lacking in the 'finishes"

We had 3 people in our room and most times would be given only 2 towels and had to continuously ask for English breakfast teabags. But housekeeping was very accomodating.

Very clean and responded well to any issues. Great facilities and service was excellent. Would highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

The mattresses were really firm without any pad on top. The room bathroom drain was clogged. The indoor pool could be more maintained, the floor in the showers/ toilet area was always wet. The doors were rusty and only one shower was working out of three.

Reception staff very friendly and polite. The family room had large beds to accommodate my family of four, clean sheets and bathroom. Everyday cleaning was a plus. The room bathroom drain was clogged. Nice indoor swimming pool with warm salty water, included in the price of the room, however the jacuzzi water had a strange color.

No safe guard in the inner pool area . Water on the floor in the public toilet near the inner pool. The safe box in our room was not secured with screws to the wall, so I wasn't confident if it was safe enough.

Very friendly and helpful personal, silent and clean hotel, pools, location in 3 minutes of walking from bus stops, in 10 minutes of walking from the sea, all our requests were satisfied extremely fast, we got our rooms before the promised time according to their readiness. Breakfast and dinner were good enough.
