Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Its not Your fault,but during our stay at The Suites there was a blackout or something like that (the electricity was down) from night till 10a.m. and breakfast were not as suppossed to be,AC was not working

The automatic check-in process does not work, we needed to call the stuff, the number was in the booking information in the booking app, but not in the lobby itself - keep the phone number ready. But we came just before midnight, what could cause the problem. The stuff was helpful and was able to unlock the room remotely after a 1 minute call.
Not far from airport, taxi took us there in 5 Minutes drive for 12€. Or is it a 20 minute walk through the tunnel under the runway. Good breakfast with best Malta bread (hobza) so you can start your Malta trip right away. AC was working (but set to 21 Degrees remotely), bathroom was really big as it was barrier-free room on the ground floor (Room number 1).

The air conditioning shut off automatically after 3 hours because of the energy saving mode. Nice when you forgot to shut it off when you leave the room, but in the night it got hot in the room...
Very nice, big and clean room. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Ana did support us because we did not receive the check in information in advance. She was very friendly and responded very quick via What's App. Thanks a lot! It is located close to the airport, which mad eit perfect for our last night on Malta.

The position of the hotel ,the church near of it which was causing a lot of noise by its bells, the poor breakfast and the fact that i paid a double room in the price of a triple.I had reserved a room for three but the third person (child) didnt travel with us , so i asked from the management a reduced price but i didnt take any response by them.

Nothing.
Charming quiet location amongst local Maltese people and out of the tourist areas. Very near the airport, it’s great for early or late flight. We stayed one night before an early flight enjoyed spending the evening in the hot tub in suite six. Staff were lovely gave us breakfast for the next day as we had to leave at 5am. Room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom with large bath and great shower.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Suites – Piazza Kirkop, and it was a wonderful experience thanks to the staff who was always available and welcoming. Everything was perfect. The room was very modern and clean. The cot for our baby was all ready with fresh and clean sheets and a blanket. Location is perfect as its 5 minutes ride from the airport and it is in the main square and so quiet.

Very spacious and modern! The little outer area was a great touch to it. Bathroom super clean and big. Breakfast was a good selection as well! The Uber drivers didn’t know the exact location of the place but it’s right across from the church.

The second bed thats also a couch could be better.

The location, close to the airport. I landed late evening, didn't want to drive through the island and this location was perfect to have a rest. The staff assisted me in real time by phone during the "virtual" check-in, everything was smooth. Free public parking nearby.
