SerbiaI have a couple of complaints, but they did not affect the final rating because they are mostly small things that do not spoil the mood. The Internet can be bad, as we listened to YouTube, the transmission is interrupted very often, and it also happens that the picture is frozen for 15 minutes, without music, because the Internet does not work. And there are no rules, it can happen at 10 in the morning or at midnight. Hygiene is fine, it could be better, I found a worm on the first day ☹ What I found out later is that all newly built hotels like this one have partition walls that have practically no isolation, so expect to hear people talking in neighboring rooms, you will hear every entry, exit and walk around the hotel, without exception. I can't blame them for this, but it bothers me...
The location of the apartment is very good, it is very close to St. Julians (about 5 minutes walk on a quay full of restaurants, cafes, practically ideal for evening walks or finding bus transportation to any destination on the island). On the other side, the marina of Sliema is 10 minutes away by foot, which is again an ideal option, because there you catch the ferry to Valletta. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Breakfast is mostly the same every morning, you can opt for savory, sweet or fruity, it is regularly replenished so that there is enough of everything and you can always ask for something. You can mostly see it in the pictures. The people in charge of hotel maintenance are friendly, I have no complaints about their work or their behavior towards us. The hotel is in a back street, so there is not much noise from outside. The kitchen is in the basement and we were located on the ground floor, so don't be surprised by the smell of pastries that are baked every morning already around 7 😊

The deluxe double room with terrace was simply amazing: spacious, modern, squeaky clean, comfortable, looking exactly like in the pictures. The terrace was a dream, 2 chairs and a small table and 2 sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing even in April and the view was amazing, with both sunset and sunrise breathtaking. There was a TV with Netflix option and a good quality hairdryer. The bathroom was great, with a big walk in shower and hot water working 24/7. There were 3 mirrors in the room, which I appreciated a lot, as well as the spacious clothes hanger. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, when we entered the room there was a strong and pleasant smell of good quality perfume. At the beginning of our stay, the staff told us that they were going to change towels every three days, but they told us that if we needed clean towels any other day, we should let the towels on the floor. However, they ended up changing the towels almost every day, which we appreciated a lot, as well as the proper cleaning and the way they arranged our goods, especially the make up products left on the table. They even provided us books in English and helped us with the adaptors (because Malta has UK sockets). In the second day, we asked them for a flat iron, which they ended up giving to us for the whole vacation. Regarding the stuff, they were simply amazing people: friendly, hard-working, trying to make our stay as good as possible, always reassuring that everything fits for us. The breakfast had a great variety of producs, including yogurts, fresh fruit and vegetables, cereals, parmesan, mozzarella, salami, cheese, bruschetta, amazingly tasty Greek style pitas, pancakes, different types of sweets every day (we adored something that seemed like homemade Snickers), both fried and boiled eggs and many more. All the products were very high quality and fresh, especially if you go to breakfast when it starts, at 8AM. Maybe more types of bread would make this a perfect breakfast.

PolandI had to kill at least a dozen of mosquitoes in the room every evening, despite all windows being closed. The building must have a really bad air flow, and not enough cleaning done, because they fly all over the place including the breakfast area. It was comparable to staying in a tent by the lake, and in March when I stayed at, let’s be honest, it’s not even a summer period yet. Also, there was no one at the reception.

LithuaniaThe noise isolation in this place was very poor; I could hear everything from people walking in the hallway and doors closing to conversations in neighboring rooms and street noise. This made for a less restful stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was disappointing and did not match the promotional photos on the booking site. There were no fresh fruits or milk for cereal, and the pastries provided were the cheapest store-bought variety, which were not enjoyable. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests

This place was fantastic. We loved everything about it. We wanted a place to stay that was not too expensive but clean and tidy, and we got this . We got a lovely breakfast every morning, a good choice of food that kept us going till lunchtime. Ladies at breakfast are very friendly and helpful and always met us with a smile. The room was beautiful lovely shower hot water anytime of tge day and evening. Staff looked after us well clean towels and made sure we had all the products we needed plenty of toilet roll placed in rooms through the week. We really can't fault the place and would not want to. We will definitely be staying again and again as we loved Malta and loved our choice of stay . Taxi was arranged for us when we arrived, and we used bolt going home. Both taxis worked well . 100% satisfaction if you want a clean, tidy place to stay that will not break the bank, then stay here. Thank you very much .
