Breakfast looks much better in the pictures than in reality; in fact it was very basic. Still enough and not bad, but not as nice as in the pics, e.g. there was only toast bread and no nice and fresh rolls or croissants. I didn’t manage to lock the main building door even once, they were also always open when entering the building, even without the entrance code. I think this should be fixed so the guests’ stuff inside is better protected.

Perfect location, right next to the bus station and even good to just take a long walk from. Very nice and friendly lady helps with breakfast. Nice view from my room as well as the breakfast space. Room and bathroom were really ok, clean and equipped with everything I needed for my city break, I especially appreciate the outlet adapters. It might indeed get noisy as the other reviews say but it wasn’t an issue for me. I could stay there again.

We booked the acommodation based on positive reviews and pictures on the Booking app. We also liked the location on the map as the bus stations were very close and Valletta was only 20 minutes by foot. Also, the reservation included breakfast. The host was very communicative and provided any necessitites we asked for as well as plenty of information. The breakfast was different every day and quite good. The host was always there at breakfast to offer additional food, service, basically whatever you need. Biggest issue for us was the room looked nothing like the pictures. Also the terrace door was frequently opened by the wind, which automatically turned off the A/C, and as we were staying in April, left the room cold.

Location was great - in the middle between towns, breakfast was good and with a view! Room was so spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Mainly my stay was absolutely made by Lena, she is a complete sunshine taking great care of people. She is the hidden gem of this place!!! Would recommend this stay to all my acquittances purely because of her.

- Paper thin walls. Overall very noisy, the acoustic inside the house is horrible, you can hear the noise from all floors at the same time. Besides - the street is super noisy too and the windows are not good isolated - it feels like you didn't close the window at all. I usually never care about the noise, but this was on another level. - Communication with the staff. - The shower. - My TV didn't work and they were not able to fix it. In total - for the price I can't complain too much, but I wouldn't come back there for another stay.

The low Shower pressure/water flow; completely missing plug in the sink made it hard to rinse swim gear (wasting water) and certainly didn’t want to drop anything in the sink.

The room was too humid for me and for my allergies. But they provided dehumidifier to help on that. Not all the plugs were functional in the room. Couldn’t use outside area there were to many mosquitos, but it was beautiful.

The location, bus service in the area was easily accessible and good. The staff, Lena was always super kind and helpful during breakfast and provided an amazing service. The breakfast view, just amazing.

They changed the location at the last minute of the hotel, I didn't know until I was in Malta, there were ants and cockroaches.

The codes were the same for all apartments . Front door never locked Renovation work going on The houses along that row are very dilapidated in a run down area. Host did not give us details of our room number or code. The builder had to make a phonecall!

The checkin process could be improved, I arrived to find out there's no reception and no prior communication from the host. I was advised by a departing guest that I needed to contact them telephonically for access code. Response was delayed and I was given the wrong room initially, this was eventually rectified. There was a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea/coffee supplies.

Lovely view of the marina, breakfast was simple but good. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Central location with easy access to public transport and other points of interest.
