The property and staff were outstanding! Gorgeous spot to stay. Marissa a server at breakfast went above and beyond at breakfast, when asked about a cake we liked she got us the recipe!

Food around the pool took ages! Nearly an hour we waited one day. Room cleaning could have been better, as dirty crockery wasn’t removed. And duvets needs to be bigger.

The staff were fantastic, particularly with the kids! So friendly, got to know us, supported us with our car requirements, and when my boy needed emergency hospital care. The staff even drew pictures for my daughter and she for them - as a result of her asking for paper to draw on! Every staff member was bc attentive bc and caring- we loved them all! Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Room size was great.

It wasn't clear when I was booking my room, that 3 pools are open for the public. Only one pool was for hotel guests only! That part was disappointing. If I knew that I would look for another hotel. Food in hotel restaurant unfortunately was a let down. Even my kids said that their dishes (pasta with prawns) was very plain. Breakfast was decent. If you are gluten free, make sure to ask if the labels are correctly placed beside the cereals. GF bread is available upon request.

Great location, just at the sea. We've got presidential suite with a sea view so that was perfect. A lot of room for 2 adults and two kids. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I've had my meds shipped to hotel reception, and they were kind to deliver it to my room.

The only problem was the smell in two of the rooms, but we were offered to move to other rooms The furniture is outdated and wooden, it's worth a change them for a more modern design

We came to stay in Malta a large family with parents, a disabled father, siblings, children and a baby. The welcome at the hotel was wonderful and they took care of every detail, upgraded us to a room with a view to the sea, and took special care of the disabled dad for accessibility and all his needs. Special thanks to Josephine who received us and took good care of us at the first day. Special thanks to Carman who allowed quickly enter an accessible room and made a special effort for early check in. Grate breakfast and the stuff took care of us for everything we asked for, especially the guy in charge of the omeletes. All the staff are polite nice, and caring.

staff in the front office namely Trisha and Melody are very friendly and helpfull. Staff in Le bistro namely Gherlyn and Mharvie are so good in service I will give them 5 star. Food in Le bistro was good too Kudos to the Chef.

It's a difficult situation for the hotel, but the cleaning of the pool and patio area with noisy equipment would be better done after breakfast, not at 8.00 in the morning. However! I understand! The hotel wants the area clean for breakfast.

The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view (if you book the sea view) is amazing. I don't want to put pressure on the staff, but they made a special moment in our life possible and memorable. Will forever be grateful.

Towels are quite thin and need to be replaced. Pillows are too soft and lumpy for my liking. Would be nice to have a variety of pillow types.

Our stay was great! Room is very comfortable and the view of the pool and sea was beautiful. The buffet breakfast is probably one of the best I've ever had! And the service from every staff member in the hotel and restaurants was outstanding.
